I swear this is the only video on youtube that actually explains latte art well enough so that it will solve whatever issue you’re having.
Thank you, glad we could help!
I can’t believe I just sat through a 28 minute video on coffee milk. Well done.
:) Thanks for watching!
I didn’t even realize it was that long it was so helpful from the fist second
Same here. Good tutorial!
I literally thought the exact same thing. I figured it was maybe 10 minutes after I finished it. Was shocked that it was nearly 30 minutes. Every second was informative and well-explained. You win!
i did the same and i don even like coffee
140°F = 60°C
Thank you!
THANK YOU DEAR GOOD SIR
The closed captions also include conversions for each US measurement ❤️
Curses, it's freedom units again...
Thank you
Holy shit. The simple comment of touching the pitcher to the cup was so useful. I never understood why my art sucked, but this was a game changer!
Thanks for the kind words! We are happy to help :)
same
me too!
This is how a REAL tutorial should be!
Insightful yet easy to understand.
Thumbs up and salute 👍
Thank you, Johnson!!
The only thing - my english is too bad to follow all this :-(
@@michaelschultze3595 😮 what's your native language? We're considering some translations

@@michaelschultze3595 Sounds like we need to find some translators!
Best steaming milk/latte art video on youtube. The break down of each step takes something complex and makes it simple. Excellent tutorial with excellent guidance. Thank you.
Thanks for watching! We are happy to share :)
Super technical and very easy to follow!
Agreed! Excellent tutorial! Thank you for making it. The best I have seen. Now to practice.
@@moosexp thank you!!
It’s very goods
Single most useful latte art tutorial on UA-cam, ever.
We're so glad you find it useful!
Thank You for showing what can go wrong, so everyone knows what they've messed up. 99% of tutorials shows only perfect results and how it should look like, not what it looks like 90% of time when practicing. Great video!
We're glad you benefited from the video, Adrian!
WOW. This is, *by far* , the best video on milk steaming and latte pouring to ever exist. Bravo sir!
I've lost count at how many latte art videos I've watched and yours is by far the best! Thank you for putting in the details and effort in this!! Yay!!
Thanks for sharing feedback, Shane! Happy drink making!
Absolutely, this is a great video!
Absolutely agreed @shane Elliot so many I’ve watched from other vlogger this video only I understood dos and don’ts
Well said. I was going to say the same thing.
Okay !! Don’t go anywhere! After thousand of tutorial watched on youtube, guys this is the ONE !! Clear, complete ! Best 29 min spent on youtube recently
I keep coming back and rewaching this video every so often and each time I learn or notice something I missed the last time. This is quite literally the best guide for any skill level. I recommend this video to anyone learning to pour good latte art!
i cant imagine how this tutorial could be made any better, it is a piece of art on itself! Thank you!
Thank you, that means a lot!
by using normal units for temperature measurement
This tutorial is unreal. Followed the instructions as I made a drink. Turned out better than ever.
Thanks for watching!
Oh my goodness finally found the video I’ve been looking for months for
3 years later still the best milk tutorial on YT...
Thank you! :)
This was so well produced. Thank u, thanks and thank u.
I’m now the top barista here at home
Holy crap this is the best video on latte art! Finally some actual instructions and some science to back it up. Thank you for the extreme detail and care put into this video! Excellent!
Rocky! You rock!
Thank you good sir for being professional, thorough and informative all while staying gimmicks free 🙏🏻
best barista tutorial I've ever watched! I've watched it several times and each time I just want to scream why I did not watch it earlier
Now I can make requests for specific milk designs when I order my coffee, then tell the barista exactly how they messed them up. Best customer ever!
Do it! :)
I don't even have the words to express how helpful, educational, motivating, and exciting this video is. Thank you for teaching me what anyone else couldn't, I can't wait to show this video to my colleagues, we're all starting as baristas and this is like finding a hidden treasure out of nowhere. Even though it'd be cool if you added subtitles in other languages to help more baristas c:
After watching this I promise to tip them properly to appreciate the work they do
That's what we like to hear! :)
Now this was coffee/milk science right here💯💃
26:44 "dont practice this on customers."
uhh.. yea too late LOL
too latté :P
Sometimes it's hard to resist!
to-go cups are a beginner barista's best friend XD
ive 1000% given an almost perfect resemblance to that "rickety rossetta" to far too many customers
This is insanely geeky and indescribably brilliant. Thanks!
Thank you!!
Best latte art video on youtube.
hands down.
So involved, informational if not even over the top intelligent👍🏽. (And yes we tune in for the latte art pictures😄)
This is the best tutorial ever!! I've been looking for a video like this for a real long time!
Thank you for this!!! As a newer barista I've been trying to get my senior baristas to explain how latte art works but they could never explain it in a way I really understood. Their instructions were vague and I wanted to know exactly what motion and position I should be in and they just shrug like "idk you feel it out" and so far that hasn't worked out for me. So thank you for breaking this down into steps. I will practice on customers because we have to destroy the art with lids anyway.
Lidded drinks are a great way to practice. Even though customers don't get the full experience, there's something satisfying about knowing you put the effort into it! Cheers!
Viewer, look no further - this is THE latte art tutorial right here. The only one with all the answers. All of the others you have already seen wasted your time. One video to rule them all. Huge thanks to this amazing man!
this tutorial is underrated, best tutorial on the internet i have found
I take my hat off, sir.
Huge amount of tiny details are explained very clearly and with a touch of humor.
Spasibo tovarisch.

Hands down the best steaming milk tutorial I've ever seen. I would not at all be upset if I had to pay for this in a course, but I'm grateful it's free.
Great video! Love how comprehensive it is and easy to follow.
I absolutely LOVED the detailed, visual explanations; they don't only tell you what happens if it's done wrong, they'll show you what happens, which I find very helpful and I appreciate the time and thought they put into this video!

Perfect teaching, thank you
Best milk video I've seen. Transformed my lattes in a few minutes.
So glad to hear it!
This is the most comprehensive tutorial on latte art that I’ve seen. When I watched it for the first time it was a little intimidating, it makes perfect sense now after practicing for a months since I got my first espresso machine.
Best luck to those who are learning and practicing ☕️.
Thank you! Latte art is definitely intimidating starting out!
I work at Starbucks and I get so many costumers that want 180-200 degree lattes and I have given up trying to explain how milk ‘burns’ after 160 so now I just say ‘extra hot’ which it’s 150 at Starbucks. Only have had one sent back for being “too cold still” so I made it 160 exactly and she told me it tasted bad so I explained how milk burns after a certain point and she had no idea. This is why I want to explain it to costumers but I don’t have time for that because my Starbucks is top 5 busiest in the Pacific Northwest (yes I live in Seattle)
It can be a difficult line to ride when are asked to do something that you know is contrary to what will taste best for the customer. We also have customers who come in and ask for their drinks to be "as hot as possible." We kindly let them know that there is potential to burning the milk, but we will take it as far as we safely can.
What worries me is that at our Starbucks, the milk is steamed to 160 F by default. I hope this doesn't have an effect on the taste :(
Thank you for this tutorial.
I would like to ask a sudden question. Being a experienced Barista, how much does it may earn ? Let say to have one to two year experience. Etc
😂
worked for Starbucks for 2 years and i learned more about coffee from your video
I was waiting for this type of video for decades.. thanks alottt!!!
Interesting part about the surface tension! Something I've learned from experience but I could never really explain why this happened when teaching new baristas.
Omg you're the best 😭❤️ big thanks for this amazing video ❤️
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching :)
I absolutely love this video!!
This is fantastic! Exactly what I've been trying to find. Thank you!
thank you for all the milk and espresso shot featured in this tutorial

Thanks, guys!!!
Wow this is going to be a crucial step in my latte art! I appreciate the illustrations used as well! Illustrations are the best form of teaching and it is clear you have a lot of knowledge!! I want to open my own coffee shop in a few years and I'm trying to learn all that I can! Thank you!
This is gold, thank you!!
The most scientific and systematic latte art tutorial I‘ve ever watched! Million thanks!

Amazing tutorial, makes me believe this time I can do it no matter how many other times I've watched and failed to replicate. Seriously, Best one I've seen, thank you sir!
You CAN do it!! Thanks for watching :)
Did you do it?
No success, I need better skills properly aerating the milk to a latte's consistency.
You're a genius! Thank you for this amazing tutorial.
Wow! Great video - thank you for perfect explanations!
I think this is the best video I've seen for both milk texturing and learning latte art. Thanks for all the great information. It was well thought out, and helpful to see both what it looks like when things are going right, and when things are going ...not so right. :)
I'm glad it was beneficial to you! "Controlled mess-ups" are complicated to recreate!
i have watched so many latte art tutorials during this year, and yet this is the only one that seem like an ACTUAL tutorial!!! thank you so much for the effort!
Thank you!
Great video, definitely the most complete tutorial I have come across for latte art!

Haha thank you! Glad you caught the reference :)
Excellent video! As a new youtuber, I really appreciate the time you put in and the good camera work for the technical discussion.
Thanks so much! It involved some painstaking detail but we are glad so many people are benefiting from it!
so far the most intuitive instructions with examples
And that is what youtube should be all about.
