When you drill holes you should touch up the exposed metal with paint to help prevent future rust .

So much fun! I love the colors. The blue pops so much! Mic might be challenged auditorially, but he sure has an eye for color!
If you put a wool pad on a hand grinder or bench grinder you can polish up you bits in no time and will save your fingers the work out .

All the plastic zip ties will deteriorate from uv better to use the plastic wrap tubing that comes in different sizes and colours you can cover one or many wires and cables and it cleans the look up even better.
My favorite „TV show“ of them all. I love watching you build this Bus Mitch! Your videos are sooo much more interesting than all those fake „reality“ TV restoration shows. I love how you show every technical detail and also your successes and setbacks.
I am currently restoring my Dad‘s VW Baywindow Bus. So your videos teach me so much and inspire me on my project. Your videos are my UA-cam highlight of the week. Thank you!

Will you be accessing the space under the seat/bed for storage? Cut some holes for air vents since it was always an area prone to rot.

When and if you ever have a last episode, you need to do an exact recreation of your intro video except with the finished bus, and the play them side by side for the before and after.

Getting close to the finish
I was wondering when you'd do an external oil cooler. Now I'm waiting for you to discover dry sump systems. My bus had a built 1800 dual port motor with a 9 quart dry sump oil system and dual oil coolers - no fan though. Mine were mounted at the intake air vents on the sides of the motor compartment and I added scoops on the side to channel air through the coolers and engine compartment.
