Flip flopping for me everyday between WR at 9....getting Sweat help at 9 with Edge...and getting a tackle at 9 to help protect our new QB 🤷♂️
The better our offensive line is the better the defense will be. Build a dominant offensive line and control the line if scrimmage, manage the clock and mix in BIG plays in the passing game
Yes, no matter what, take Nabers or Odunze if they fall to #9. They are both special players, and Keenan Allen isn't going to be around for more than 2-3 years.
Keep Keenan and give him a 3 year
Contract cost 20 mill per year
As if he stay for the 3 years give him a 2 year 15 mill per year and your ready to cut him or trade him
After the 2 year
Allen will want good money. That's the reason he left the Chargers he wouldn't restructure his contract.
If Alt is by some miracle on the board at#9 I would have to take him to protect Williams blind spot. Give the rookie as much time to throw as you can.
Olu will be available at #9. However, he is only a moderate upgrade from Braxton. They both have the same weakness - difficulty with bull rushers.
Drafting a receiver is huge. Go all in to help CW his rookie year. Invest in him. I don’t see any edges that can play in the 4-3 scheme from the players Harrison listed. Maybe Latu and Verse. Maybe! But I say CW, Rome Odunze, draft a NT and maybe another LG.
Clearly with 2 top 10 picks, we should go after the best 2 choices. Specially when we already have the 1st pick and teams could trade up to make the top 5 be all QBs. Trading up to 6th pick from 9th pick is EXTREMELY EASY as we have a lot of good draft picks in 2025. The Giants will want a WR but they still might get the 2nd best WR at 9th pick if 5 QBs get drafted in the top 5 and the Titans get Joe Alt and the Falcons get Dallas Turner which is expected. 🐻🐻🐻
My nightmare scenario is 3 QB’s, the 3 WR’s, Alt, and Turner are off the board. I honestly wouldn’t mind Bowers at that point
We already have a really good TE and a good TE 2 why would we draft another TE with the #9 pick doesn't make sense

How many times are you going to regurgitate the same information? I mean you’ve done like 40 mock drafts, we already know the guys you like and what not. Give us something new. Do an analysis on Caleb Williams or bring in a guest that can give us an analysis on his ability to read defenses, playmake etc. I get that you put out like two shows a day and it’s hard to make them new and fresh, but just some new stuff is all I’m asking for

Lol another shitty fan who makes shit up. Caleb doesn’t have any red flags. Do your homework. It was all media shit and people that know him doing interviews talking out of their asses. Poles and every person around him said he’s hard working, 1st guy in/out, great teammate, humble, very confident. His teams weren’t great at USC and he didn’t alienate his teammates. Stayed the whole combine to thank all the staff and take pictures. Runs camps with kids already and made it a point to remember everyone’s name. He’s a class act.
Ryan Poles helped build the Chiefs and he’s telling you all the red flags were nonsense. Yes he paints his nails, so does Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, ASAP Rocky, every rockstar ever, etc. Get over it.

Regardless of injury, Johnny Newton is better than Byron Murphy and it's not even close. You should check out Newton against Wisconsin and Penn State, he's arguably the best defensive player in this draft, not just of the DTs

There isn't a single person talking about Malachi Corley at the WR position. This guy is an absolute stud and the biggest sleeper at the WR position in the draft. He's a Randle Cobb type receiver if not better as he's much stronger.

The depth of this year’s WR class, in addition to the Allen signing, is making me think that the Bears can pass on one of the top 3 receivers in favor of a rarer talent like Alt or a trade down for a second round pick.
Assuming we draft Caleb I’m 95 percent sure we will need another qb by the beginning of next season so I’m thinking this year we should just build the o line for the next new qb next year. Take alt this year if he is there and Maybe shadier Sanders or Arch Manning with our pick next year. As for Caleb- It will be a Josh Rosen , JaMarxus Russel, Ryan leaf, Manziel, like year- so bad that there is not a second year.

Bears need to draft a WR to be set up for the next 10 years if he's a hit.
If we miss out on a WR. Trade down for a second and make sure you get one do the top 3 edges. Simple.

For those who think Caleb is that dude and gonna be good you’ve got to arm him with the tools to be successful and THRIVE. Sorry for all caps but my point is you want great performance this young man needs security! So take that O line from decent or slightly sub par however you rank it to above average on its way to top 5 in the league. You do that and you are serious about your QBs success. Same with weapons at receiver. These have to be your initial priorities setting the foundation. Then you can add key defensive pieces later. So yes Odunze, Bowers, Fuaga, or a Fashanu etc should you trade down slightly these are the names that should be on your board. And if you do trade down as some have been proposed you need like a 14 and a 45 swapped with your 9 and 75 and not get fleeced. Go 🐻

Having any of these edge rushers above Brock Bowers is simply your biased take. He's easily top 7 players in this class. By far better talent evaluators than you or I. National evaluation have a consensus on him... so this is ridiculous also Olu is so fucking soft easily the 4th best tackle in this class. Much better options that have my #1 quality aggression... my biggest issue with Olu he's so passive. I hate that quality
