I’ve just placed the loaf in the oven. Fingers crossed it comes out well as I may have added a little too much liquid. May I ask Nidhi, where you purchased the collapsible silicone bread mould. I’m still using the old fashioned tins (which belonged to my mother) and recently things have begun to stick. It may be time to upgrade.
Interesting take on baked beans there for sure not the sweet and sugary American baked beans yours seam more savory looks good keep up the great work 😊😊

Oatmeal has gluten. It is not gluten-free.

With how much water you soak the quinoa? And then you said put half water to blend the quinoa and chia together?
Can we exclude chia seeds?
I made it following the instructions totally. And I can only say: what a nasty thing! It's a heavy ball of oil 🤮 No happy at all. What a waste of ingredients, time, and money!

Navy or any really. Tonite I am making w 3 kinds of beans for various.
I follow the instructions but it came out so hard as a brick . No sure what I did wrong test good but it’s so hard and heavy
I m baking this bread in convection oven and it's more than 2 HR but still my bread is undercooked. Because my knife is not clean when I am inserting in bread

can we add jowar flour or ragi flour instead of chickpea flour...
I replaced the baking soda with 1.5 tsp baking powder for two reasons: I can feel and I don’t like the taste of the soda in the bread, and second reason- the bread rises much more with the baking powder. Otherwise,this is a good recipe.

I was very skeptical about this recipe, but decided to try. First I read all the comments what people said. And followed some advice. So,I made it. I excluded the sugar or honey, all other ingredients was same as in the recipe. And the result was very ,very , very good. Thank You Lady for the recipe! 🙏👍👍

I made this bread after 1 hour when I insert tooth pick inside the bread to check its ready or not? After few minutes when bread cool I cut it and the bread was very hard . Please tell the soft quinoa bread recipe like market bought soft bread.
