    Completed this when I woke up. Really enjoyed the barbell, dumbell and abs combination 😊. Still feeling the pull in my legs from workout 2!!

    3rd vid done, thanks Tom. I switched out dumbbell crushers for a barbell, little easier on the elbow though less isolated.. I have always trained for volume so this is a great change to instead go to an interval because I have more time to think about my pace and form. Your notes along the way help too- thanks! Finished with some pushup sets and dead hangs since I did a low weight. Loving the series thank you sir.

    Just finished this workout super sweaty and great workout but I didn’t give my 💯 on this workout I guess I didn’t sleep well but I’m happy I did it 😅Thank you Tom for this amazing workout series ❤love from India 🇮🇳

    I’m a little confused about the schedule. Day 2 is shown as Monday on week 2 and day 3 on Monday of week 3. Shouldn’t day 1,2,3 etc start on week 1?
