Thank you so much for this Push Pull Legs series. I have been trying to follow along for almost 2 weeks now. Legs are my weakest point so far. And Pull also affects my knees so I have to go slow. Any estimate on how many calories this routine burns for a 6ft, 210lbs person?
Probably 800kcal / hour so maybe 400kcal. I recommend focusing more on the kcal you consume than kcal you expend. Obviously keep working out but tracking kcal out is probably less useful than tracking kcal in
As in variations on these push pull legs routines but following the same split rotation? If so probably not right away. I have some 45min versions of these 3 on my TPT studio members area with extra exercises added in. I might do a push pull legs Barbell version though here on UA-cam 💪🏼🇬🇧
