    Tom I have only just discovered your workouts while looking for a barbell workout. I am hooked!! I am following along Lift 2 series, then I'll go back to complete Lift 1 series. For a while I've followed ladies work out videos, and they just stopped being challenging. I wanted to lift heavier and so far this has given me the challenge I need with the strength training I crave. I'm looking forward to checking out more of your videos and trying my hand at callisthenics. Thank you so much from Australia 🇦🇺

      Welcome! Glad you’re enjoying them. Muscle development should be done in a similar way for both Men & Women apart from preference differences of what areas you want to focus more on.

      Thanks, if I have to do a HIIT workout, EMOM’s are my go to. Not sure I would go as far as saying I love them though. Well done 💪🏼

    Omg when I saw squat thrusts as the first workout i knew this was going to be an intense workout and gosh you didnt disappoint 😮😅 the sweat is pouring off me!!

      Lots of people will get through this program at a slower pace. Just stick to the order and get them done when you can make the time 👌🏼💪🏼
