Absolutely this will help you on your path to bigger arms. The most important thing you can remember is to continue to change up the exercises you’re doing, how you do them, the amount of weight you’re using and the amount of reps you are doing in the workout. The body is an adaption machine so you need to get good at changing things up every 4 to 8 weeks and not letting yourself get comfortable.
@@Criticalbench thanks for the awesome advice and super quick response. Yes I plan to do this for 8 weeks, slowly going up In reps. Then I will move over and do your session on dumbbells..
Do you ever barbell curl more weight? I know you're more focused on hypertrophy, but being so huge I would expect to see you doing more than 95 on those top sets. Surely you can rip out some big numbers on those.
I’m confused? When I’ve looked up arm workouts before, it’s always like a list of six or seven different workouts. Is this just as effective seeing as it’s only a few
Your weight is relatively insignificant. To make gains you need to select a weight that is difficult and brings you as close to failure as you're comfortable with.

No need to go super heavy to build big arms. Puts you at risk for injury.

So just 16minutes is enough? How often shall I do this?
2-3 times a week would be ideal if arm growth is your top priority.
