@ProducerMichael - an idea could be that you have a dedicated House channel as well as Jewellery and Cars.. Loved the origional car videos you used to do also.
Finally, one of these modern high-end Hollywood/Beverly Hills homes with an interior that doesn't look like a sheet rock special. Beautiful place inside and out. Though I don't understand the theater being in a dedicated building inaccessible from within the home, and particularly so with the outdoor screen nearby.
You just know things fly off the rails even more than usual when Caroline is in an episode. Love the chemistry you three have on screen. Kinda hoping you have the same chemistry offscreen too. That house looked pretty cool. Loved the use of woods, the layout and that master bathroom looked gorgeous. Almost feels like a steal at 10 million.

I love the pool and I love the indoor outdoor living this house is truly spectacular and I also like the way that they have the seamless hidden refrigerator and it all blends in and you don't actually have it standing right out at you and I like the way that it has an open concept.
That's a great deal for that area. My old condo in Beverly Hills sold for more not long ago. It's a lot bigger and if the commute down isn't bad, this a steal.

A lot of these houses are gorgeous, but the layouts never make sense to me or always feel distracting in a way that makes it feel less like a house and more of a business oriented or event/venue space. If I had the money to buy any of these places, it has to feel warm and inviting and the space has to make sense for the entire family. This house so far nails the layout IMO.
There’s a reason why it’s only $10 million. Only a two car garage, no elevator and over 30 minutes away from Beverly Hills shopping which some people think is a little too far. Producer Michael even said in the video the house was nice except the location is undesirable
