In this weeks episode we are in Ibiza, Spain staying in a $32,000,000 Cliffside Mega Mansion Villa. This home is truly special and my personal experience in Ibiza was profound.

Home Features:
With private access to the sea, the property sits on a 3.600m2 plot at the water’s edge of the gated luxury residential community Vista Alegre, only 15 minutes from the international airport and a short drive from the renown South coast beaches Cala Jondal and Es Cubells. The community offers private access to Es Torrent beach and restaurant. All shops and amenities can be found in the near by town of Sant Josep. The community offers security 24/7.
The house was designed to maximize comfort and create an easy going lifestyle throughout the property in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere as well as reach luxury standards in a sophisticated and discreet fashion. Ultimate beauty and harmony were pursued while respecting the limitations of the surrounding nature, fusing local Ibizan architecture with avant guard elements.
Oriented to the South, the house unfolds over 1.200m2 on three levels. The ground level boasts the double height grand living area, kitchen, terraces, porches and the spectacular 50m long swimming pool as well as a separate professional kitchen. On the upper floor are the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. All other bedroom suites are located at garden level. The exterior presents itself with a vast al fresco dining area, various lounging and relaxing scenes, surrounding grass lawns, palm trees and aromatic plants, a stunning front line gym that opens completely onto the cliff and a coastal path that leads to the beach.

I live in Spain. Went to Ibiza once to rent a very nice house once… unforgettable. Would definitely return, however I’d rather not sell my last kidney.

I went to Ibiza right before the ''party season'' in 2022 and I can personally tell you I can't wait to go back, it's the only vacation location I've been to that I'm just urging to go back to, there is something mystical about that island that I can't place, the energy there is something else.
Even the clubs there, last time I was at a club was 2018 in nyc and the feeling in Ibiza is fun and free whereas NYC it’s seedy and skeez. Definitely returning to explore the history of the island. I’m fascinated by ancient culture. Specifically the Phoenicians.

Fantastic tour! You clearly got to know the house really well by staying in it, and how it "lives". What really shined, in my opinion, is the view right when you walk in, which was revealed perfectly. The home gym, and seeing it in use, was great. As nice as the main house was, I think I'd prefer staying in the guest house -- what a nice little hideaway. "Minimal, without being cold." Looking forward to the podcast.

Otherwise, like all your videos, I really enjoyed this one too. Finally, a few questions - how much does the property cost if you want to rent it? - Are there any time limits? - For example, is it possible to rent the whole thing for 2 weeks?
One of the few luxurious mansions I really like. The natural materials, the atmosphere, no ostentation. Beautiful. Just a bit too big. The guest house is nearly perfect though

I love the suspended terrace even if it's a little scary.
The home has pilings drilled down 33 meters into that cliff side. The owners said even if the cliff goes, the home will be there still.

Very nice place. I particularly liked the interior floors…are they poured and polished concrete, or resin maybe? If I were the owner, I’d live in the guesthouse and rent out the main one.

What is the winter weather like? Typical Atlanric storms, or not quite as bad because of the latitude?
I never associated the word 'party' with Ibiza, but rather the word 'Brit', being under the impression that many Brits routinely holidayed there.
I hear winters are cool but still pleasant. I plan on returning in the fall once the crowds fade away

Doesn‘t matter what a plot costs. If you are going to spend 32 million than spend more 20 million to get the plots left and right also to get a mega villa
