Thank you so much. You see this recipe i made with creme anglaise base. And you do need to use eggs and egg yolks in creme anglaise. This ice cream comes out very rich in flavor, smooth, and extremely creamy. This recipe you can't skip the eggs.

Does everyone here know that cows mourn deeply when their babies are stolen from them? I have heard the crying from both babies and mamas on many farms (I am in Vermont) and it is horrific. But it is part of the making dairy products business. Even worse, cows must get pregnant every single year to keep the milk flowing. And if a calf is unlucky enough to be born male, he will be killed (guess what veal means!) before he reaches the age of just 16 weeks. DAIRY IS BARBARIC.
