Great clips SG. Every player plants his right foot (left feet of the lefties) just before impact. They bend the knee to stop & stabilize for power and then immediately spring back to central position . Unfortunately some coaches still teach beginners always to use the other foot.
To answer the question: They teach me to hit it like palmer, but since i'm not a proffesional it don't look as smooth ash him. Grand master level : SHABANA, this is pure Art.

+Steve Perry This is true! Actually Nicol did represent Scotland up until 2001 or so, then he switched to England. Can't remember why though...
