Why Airplay? I had this question a few times, so wrote up a quick article on the subject. No time to make another video at the moment:

I didn't mention that on the Mac, you can cast Apple Music/Amazon Music to the Ultra using the Chrome Browser and Casting. I am not sure of the quality, though.
I should have also mentioned Bluetooth. This will allow you to send any audio signal from phone/computer to Ultra.
After making the video, I did connect the HDMI ARC to my TV. The TV has Airplay, so yet another way around this issue (also the TV will show the Album art, so not a big deal to not see it on the Wiim). However, I did notice a slight lip sync lag when Airplaying UA-cam to the TV, but my TV has a crude adjustment that allows for 1 second increment changes. Changing it to 1 second got me close enough to perfect for my tastes. In addition to Airplay, it gives me access to the Wiim headphone amp with everything plugged into the receiver if I send the audio signal to the TV rather than to my speakers. I mainly listen to speakers, but it's nice to have the option to use the Wiim headphone amp with AppleTV (as one example) when desired.
As I side note, I get paid zero for doing these videos, so I do them quick and on the fly (which posting a video is even rare because of this fact). I don't have a production team and I may not reshoot a scene with obvious focus breathing or where something is out of focus. I don't usually have time and these type of videos are only here to give people (what I think) is helpful information. I know they are not of iJustine quality. If that is what you want, look elsewhere.
