Would be great if you guys mentioned which cards to remove, as that is the more difficult thing for newer players to figure out. Obviously throwing in every expensive card in your colors will work but making sure I dont take out things that synergize is the real trick.
Wow, that was a great point John made about Make an Example. I didn't even look at it from the angle of copying it when the card was spoiled. Half your opponent's boards...then half again. Nice 👍
Some very solid upgrades, some I definitely saw coming but you gave me some good ideas here, I think. I would have liked to see what cards you think should be cut, though
This deck is nuts. So many treasure tokens, so many creatures, so many spells, your opponent will want to end the match before you even finish them off!
Just a note - populate (Determined iteration) only makes copies of creature tokens, so misses Extravagant Replication toekns when you choose non-creature permanents. Which sucks
I feel like xander requires a lot to get going and then requires no one to have counter spells or graveyard removal. I dont think you'll be arch enemy lol
@@MonsterTeegs Reanimation or the right ramp can make it go quicker . It might not make me archenemy right away , but once it swings and I’m able to take out opponents I might end up as that .
Not sure if you ever want to flip poppet stitcher over. If you're building the deck around the casuality 2, all you want is the constant pump of the zombies, don't care about the 3/3 unless it's a critical mass of tokens as a finisher
Put the notes away, be authentic, showcase your individual tastes in deck building against each other. John can showcase more competitive strategies and Jeremy can show off more Timmy strategies. You're welcome 😁

Heads up - copying Baleful Mastery when the alternative cost has been paid will result in two opponents drawing a card (or a single player drawing 2).
Don't worry, the ruling says if Baleful Mastery is copied the copy will resolve as if the alternative cost was already paid

"Sac or Fiction" is an amazing nickname
This is great stuff, this will probably be the deck that I pick up.
Is it possible to list the upgrades and the removals please?
I would suggest memory deluge for card draw. You can look 8 cards deep and take 4, it also has flashback so very nice
It doesn't work. You don't pay for the copy, so for the copy you will see 0 cards.
@@v4nd3rs0n are you sure?
Would really help if you mentioned which cards to remove from the precon.

Make An Example is much closer to Plague Wind than it is Damnation
I wanna do the deck as tokens and spell slinging, I'm so throwing brudiclad and a few other token makers and torment of hailfire
Just a note - populate (Determined iteration) only makes copies of creature tokens, so misses Extravagant Replication toekns when you choose non-creature permanents. Which sucks
Taking it out of this and puting it right into ghired. Cool card just in an odd deck
Even though Im not building this one as my first grixis deck . Im going to build Lord Xander , The Collector and be the archenemy of the table .

If you're sure a wreath effect is incoming it's a way to have stitcher dodge that and get some extra damage in without sacrificing the decayed tokens.
Love these
More Important than Upgrades are cuts. Please include them next time
First? Lol
