- Follow the team at Bishop+Rook as they walk through one of the ways you can treat and seal your Land Rover Defender chassis at home using basic tools and a little bit of time.
This method uses Corroseal Rust Converter, which converts rust (iron oxide) into a stable substance, magnetite. It also primes the surface with a high quality latex metal primer at the same time.
From there they will offer options to top-coat your newly protected chassis to give it years of protection.

ive got a 110 same year as yours and i travelled a long way to get it as it looked brand new had it blasted and galvanised its superb
Looks good, just starting this process on that fj40 y'all looked at so the timing on this video was perfect!
Can Corroseal be use as an under coating to protect from rust?
Great content, looking forward to saying I was an OG subscriber - great bunch of guys!! Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s awesome.
from experience these rust in to out really need to get in there with cavity wax , especially the rear crossmember and A frame crossmember had to replace A frame crossmember recently rots under it where you cant get too even with cavity wax , pointless doing outside its inside that counts , but hey looks good though
There no coating inside frame?
