"The power!!!!!!"
The numbers tuners give to customers for RS's are very optimistic. Actually owning one and seeing dyno numbers, a full bolt-on RS nets you around ~400 hp which is more inline with the 11 sec. 100-200 on a manual 1550 kg car. Car really isn't meant for straight line to be honest. Its a riot around a track or back roads.

yeah that’s a bit slow
I do a 12.3 and I have around 320 hp.
It does seems a bit slow for 440hp. I can do 12.85s with 300 HP
It would perform much better with automatic and much less fuel (it is full here)
1600kg+ and manual gearbox and REAL AWD (not shitty haldex)

Anyway it's not a rally car... It's a track car. You can't jump it, you can't drive trough the mud, or sand, or any dirt. Pure track race car.
Sad Ford isn’t making a new Focus RS cos of these emission laws. Ford could have gone PHEV like Mercedes is going PHEV with the new C63 AMG but that would remove the manual gearbox.

Nice car but the horsepower is a bit optimistic. My golf r did around 9.2-9.5 secs with around 400hp. My m3 f80 does high 8.x times with 431hp... so if I have to guess I would say it has about 380 considering the manuel transmission
Maybe the Golf is lighter and has lower drivetrain losses? But it certainly doesnt seem like all of 440hp, that I agree on.

bro, dsg alone nets you around 1.5 secs because no turbo lag and not letting off the throttle, + the golf Transmission has less powerloss. by the way the car is tanked to max so additional weight, and its also heavier. idk ehy ppl here expect it do 8 or 9 secs, thast just not possible with this power. I own one myself and the torque low speed is insane and u beat most cars, but at higher speeds cars with similar hp are always faster

Wow, it sounds like every single other 4 cylinder with a fart cannon exhaust and fuel wasting tune.
quite slow for 440 hp...my 440i Gran Coupe with MHD stage 1 and HJS downpipe with roundabout 420 HP/ 600 Nm takes the 100-200 km/h in 9.2 sec and 200-250 km/h in 9.6 sec (dragy measured)
