Maybe because they were also blindsided by it. People always think that directors and producers have the last say, but they don't the heads do. For example if a producer or director does not want to work with an actor, they'll voice that, but the network that is giving them the money for the show or movie they are doing say: I want this actor, they have no choice, why because they already got paid and already used the money given to them. So they are literally in a lose lose situation; if you want to do this movie you have to have this actor, if not give us back the millions of dollars we just gave you for said movie or show.

My theory is that Vince got Tamar fired from the show. Tamar wanted a new manager, and Vince didn’t like that, and was sabotaging her career.
Shortly after that, Vince was responsible for Tamar’s band members ditching her show to perform at Tank’s show, and everyone knew it except Tamar, who started going in on Tank-instead of Vince. She’s acting like Monique: mad at the wrong people.
I agree with Loni: Tamar knows the truth and is too embarrassed to apologize.
Vince messed up a lot om management deals for his clients.... Not just Tamar. Remember when Toni fired him; she made it seem as if it were a conflict of interest because he was managing Tamar but I also believe she saw or found out about a few of his screw ups & knew he couldn't handle Toni, Gaga (who was also on her way out) and Tamar as female solo artists. When his other artists left he started controlling Tamar but making more bad deals..

What happened was people ASSUMED and that’s when the attack on the ladies happened. However, there’s no way she can clear the ladies name when she didn’t know for sure! Cleary Tamar was told something behind the scenes, that the ladies had something to do with it.
No, by saying someone she foolishly trusted stabbed in her back. She is starting the fire by not clearing up the rumors that it the gurls fault. She originally made a comment that the girls got her fired. Then she never really cleared that up and said it wasn’t the gurls I’m sorry for blaming them, they didn’t know I was getting fired. If someone else got you fired, then say hey guys please don’t come for the gurls on the real they had nothing to do with it. She just allowing the bullshit to continue
