Hi everyone!! How did you like this house in Chieti? If you liked it make sure to smash also the like but on the video so upport the channel and the algorithm to help the channel, I appreciate your support! Thanks for watching, looking forward to hear about your comments.
That's a great, comfortable little house!! The entrance is enchanting, and the interiors, nothing wrong....as a matter of fact the lounge can house a sofa-bed for guests, and the main bedroom can be accessed via the bathroom from the kitchen when there are guest sleeping....totally loved it!!
This was a great video. I like your addition of history and landmark discussion about the teatro. Your videos are improving every time. thank you for sharing.
Thank you very much, these inputs really help me in shape the content of the videos, I'm still learning but thanks to you guys I hope I can provide a better content everytime!
This is a gorgeous home! I really love this one!! What an awesome video Rino😊!! The history on the town and the Roman theatre is wonderful! Thank you for this video! I’m keeping this home on my favorites list!!❤
Chieti is wonderful! Beautiful hilltop city, GREAT bus service (can't say that about many places in Abruzzo), great shops and restaurants. It's a working city so there's a lot of life (again, can't say that about all cities in Abruzzo). And wonderful ruins. One of my favorite Abruzzo places, it has the best of everything. Oh, and it's close to Ikea :)
You are right, I can confirm as I live here :) Chieti Scalo is even more lively and as you mentioned there are exceptional busses every 15 minutes, so it's really great. It's a perfect city to live in, not too big, not too small, university, parks, history and hospitals! Love it.
well... I liked your comment very much, very good information, thank you... until the part where you mentioned Ikea, as something desirable for people who are moving to a charming old town. Ikea would be my last place to visit for furniture, or anything for that matter, if I wanted to furnish an old house in an old quaint town...
@@georgensal LOL, I totally agree and when I find my property, it will be filled with Italian antiques (hopefully). But lots of people like Ikea. It's good for some things and to be clear, it is not in the historic town of Chieti. It is a stop on the bus from Pescara, on the way to Chieti. Just a landmark, and lots of people got off there, so it appears to be popular.
What a beautiful and historic city.... Absolutely love the vaulted ceilings and the hidden details that catch the eye (the arc of the door from the bathroom to the kitchen). We wish there wasn't an ocean between Italy and New Mexico...🤣 Thank you Rino!
@@OneStopAbruzzo Oh airplanes... You are such a kind soul...so very refreshing and comforting during these crazy times in the US. Has your second child arrived? ❤
Very nice small apartment, perfect for someone with mobility issues! Ground floor, and gentle ramp-like walkway from the street to the door. Very nice video, by the way. Really enjoyed seeing the ruin, and learning a bit about it. Best wishes to you two on the imminent arrival of your second child!!!!!! Don’t worry about posting regular videos, but please do let us know that all is well, once your new little one arrives!!!
Hi Deb! Thank you for your kind message! I will keep you posted!! I've shot a lot of videos in June and I'm publishing them little by little, I should have enough to keep you guys entertained until the first week of August but probably I will upload 2 times instead of 3. :)
@@OneStopAbruzzo Sounds good, Rino! Way to think ahead! I also should have thanked you for the introduction to Chieti - looks lovely, and well-situated!
It's not expensive, apartment in the cities are more expensive than the countryside of course, but you get more services. It's a different life in the city VS the little towns

Right?! We have now a couple of requests, I hope it's the good time to sell it as it's really great!

Absolutely darling and love the medieval feel about this little place . Exposing the brick on the ceiling would look awesome.
Thanks for posting!

That drive inn is a big bonus for parking 👌
Not sure you can actually use for the car... We should ask Alfredo but I have doubts :)

I like this one. I like how the bathroom connects to the kitchen
A good sized apartment for the price. I love Chieti and have friends of 60+ years there
I live in Chieti, so tell me about it :D I went to school there and my wife is from the city...
Its a beautiful property! I would remove all the plaster and reveal those ceilings. Thanks for sharing.
