ITALIAN FOOD FEAST with my Family, Pescara & Chieti - ITALY UNEXPLORED ABRUZZO
Вставка
- Опубліковано 13 лип 2024
- It’s a hearty Italian greeting from Vincenzo in his home town of Pescara where his wonderful ‘famiglia’ welcome you to feast at their table with arms wide-open. The beach city is revealed as one of the most vibrant places to visit in Abruzzo (Italy); bursting with life and yet often overlooked. Vincenzo also takes a boat ride to explore near-by San Vito where historical fisherman huts are explored and Prawns with cognac are cooked and served on the water.
This is the official TV series "Italy Unexplored" directed and produced by my wife Suzanne and I. This travel documentary series won the Best Travel Program of the year at The Taste Awards 2017 and we are very proud to finally have this amazing Italy travel documentary on youtube.

🎬 #VincenzosPlate is a UA-cam channel with a focus on cooking, determined to teach the world, one video recipe at a time that you don’t need to be a professional chef to impress friends, family and yourself with mouth-watering #ItalianFoodRecipes right out of your very own kitchen whilst having a laugh (and a glass of vino!).
This is the first episode of a fantastic series. Did you like the recipe at the end?
Yes, I love the recipe!
Grande, meraviglioso! I haven’t even gotten to the recipe at the end, but I simply love the energy of your content. Fantastic vibes, la vita è bella 🤩 you are hands down one of of my two absolute fave UA-camrs!Sei fantastico!!
Those praws, how can you only eat one plate?!
chef I have a video idea for you, do a red bell pepper sauce (the italian way)
Hello, Vincenzo, I don’t know if you are still in Italy, but the ‘Pasta grammar’ UA-camrs Harper and Eva are in Italy as well.(Maybe you can meet up somewhere and do a video together?I do appreciate the fact that Italy is quite big though!😊)Fantastic video! Keep up the good work. Happy for you that you could finally meet up your family again!😊
O.M.G.Vincenzo,this is so awesome,i just came across this one.We watch your videos and I picked up so many ideas from my Italian heritage.I love cooking as love the way you keep the real basic Italian recipes. My grandmother and grandfather came over here from the little town of Fresagrandinaria and I wish I could get over there and visit .My cousin wrote a book of the area so we could follow it and love Abruzzo.Mmmmmmm love it and thank you for keeping me close
i must visit the abruzzo region. my great grandmother was from pescara. I am lucky to have my grandmother alive at 96yrs old and has told me the history of my family heritage.
Dear Vincenzo, My Mom was born in Salle of Abruzzo; I had a great time visiting her town and as great a time seeing Pescara!
Wonderful
Can't wait for the video to be up! Nothings better than having good food and spending time with family ❤️
Yayy! Stay tuned!!
God, I jumped on this right away. I didn't know you were from Pescara, Chieti. I haven't been over in years., my family is from and still lives there...Guardiagrele, Province of Chieti!!!!!!!!
Guardiagrele 😍 that’s fantastic
Suzanne, Sebastian and Vincenzo, I can hardly wait to watch your wonderful Video.
Thank you ❤️
Vincenzo how fabulous! I can feel the warmth of Abruzzo. Enjoy your time with your Nonna ❤️
Many thanks Gabriella ❤️
My Grandmother & 6 Aunts are from Chieti❤️Villa Santa Maria .They taught me everything! Soooo excited for this next video‼️‼️‼️❤️ Can’t wait❤️
Villa santa Maria is where the best culinary school is. Best chefs come from Villa Santa Maria. Great place
Wow I live in Villa Santa Maria just outside!!
@@vincenzosplate Vincenzo, I can’t believe it!!!!! My Grandfather came to America in 1918 from Villa Santa Maria and became a great chef here and all of my 6 aunts remind me of your Nonna because they were all excellent cooks and bakers! Brings tears to my eyes! I’m so emotional over this because they taught me everything and they always talked about the beautiful village they came from and all of the wonderful people there!!❤️🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹
@@SuperScorpio1956 My Beautiful family was from there! My 6 Aunts were excellent cooks & bakers! They made all our wedding cakes & my Great Grandfather came to America in 1918 & became a Great Chef in a well known restaurant! They spoke highly of Villa Santa Maria❤️ I am soo happy that you live there🇮🇹🌹
What a beautiful place and amazing fresh seafood 🦞 You will be eating very well during your stay with gorgeous views too!
Oh yes 😍
In 1970 I travelled to Italy to visit with my mothers relatives. She was born in Abruzzi so we travelled to several cities where cousins lived including Pescara. Americans do not have any idea when a gem this area is. I always hoped I could visit again someday, but I have lost contact with my Italian cousins.
You sold me, Vincenzo. Congratulations on your first tour video. Happiness is a day with Vincenzo and family.
❤️❤️
Can't wait to go back to stay with my family in Chieti
Loved watching this. Everyone seems so happy. :) not to mention, great camera- work and commentary!
Many thanks Tahnya 🙏🏻
Look how funny my tan is 😁🤣😄
Grande vincé, si conquistat lú mon, e si partit da villa raspa!!! Sei un grande!!!
❤❤❤
So stunning! We are heading to Italy soon. Now, a trip to Pescara!
Fantastic 🤩
I just came back from Abruzzo. My husband and I stayed in Chieti and visited Pescara for a couple of days as well. We loved it so much and want to go back so badly. I cried when we left and I'm tearing up watching this video. It is easily our favorite part of Italy ❤. The food, the farms, the mountains, the beaches, the nature, the wine, and most of all the people are the most spectacular. I can't wait to visit again. Maybe next time I won't come home 🤣
The happiness I see in you right now is the same feeling I get when I visit Naples. Enjoy your family ♥️
Thank you so much ❤️
Italia, ah, so many beautiful places to go!
Exactly 😍
Nothing better than sitting down and eating with all your family together! Bravissimo! My father comes from Abruzzo…Ortona Mare…Provincia di Chieti! Saluti!😀

Sei riuscito a trasmettermi mille emozioni. Ti stimo come cuoco di grande livello, come persona simpatica ed esaltante. Ma qui mi hai "ucciso". Il tuo rapporto con l'Abruzzo e l'Italia è stupendo.

My grandfather was born in Colledimezzo.
That's a lovely connection to Colledimezzo, Italy, where your grandfather was born. It's always special to have family roots in a beautiful part of the world with a rich culinary heritage. If you have any questions or if there's anything related to Colledimezzo or Italian cuisine you'd like to know or discuss, feel free to ask! 🇮🇹🍽️😊
@@vincenzosplateOne day I will make it out there...
Thoroughly enjoyed this! So much work put into it, and such a professional episode!!! You remind me so much of the late Anthony Bourdain. I hope you get your own show on The Travel Channel ❤️
