Definitely! I think it makes sense due to the proximity to the kitchen and as it is now it doesn't seem to have a purpose.

The kitchen is actually a good size. Take out the table and add some cupboards and you'll have a much more functional area. Take the table out of the living area, to make more room

And this is a lovely house I didn't think about chieti because I wasn't sure of being in a large city but really nice! Hello Rino - thank you for this video. I think a lot of people might be interested in seeing some more properties in Chieti itself, especially those who do not want or need lots of land and also those who don't want to rely on a car to get around. This flat was nice and bright and had some great views from the back of the building. If anything it was lacking a little bit of character as it stands but this would definitely change if the bricks were revealed as you suggest. One question - how easy is it to get from Pescara airport to Chieti by public transport?

Hi Steve!! Incredibly easy, you have direct busses every 10/15 minutes, great location if you don't want to take the car too much which is definitely one of the main goals when living in Europe/Italy.
