Do we get a Septic or Compost Toilet? (Grey water Problems)

Septic tanks and Compost toilets are just the surface...Grey Water is the REAL ISSUE!!
We're building a Homestead on a budget..but that doesn't mean we want it to be bad or Illegal! Trying to find Efficient, Cost effective, Healthy and the hardest part Legal options has been the hardest part of this Owner Build so far!!!
