Hey lady!! We can't please everyone. However, I'm glad you did it this way. I was able to rest my knee and some extra blood flow from my legs and feet. Not all workouts are for everyone start to finish and that's alright. This is why we have to look around for what works for each individual. For example, I have a condition in my legs among other things from my previous career that I can't stand for long or even little periods of time. It's a permanent condition that can cause a heart attack, stroke and rare but possible embolism. So switching it up the way you did works out for me. Thought I rather do laying exercises. This worked quite well at my own pace. "Slow is good, just don't stop," my old coach use to say. I will admit, I removed the pulsing squats and the paddling flutter kicks to work around my disabilities and modified the jumping squat as I'm unable to do that without hurting myself in the long run but I love this low impact slow and steady. Thank you for the variety of workouts to choose from. I'm no one to tell anyone what to do. However, I'm always willing to suggest ideas or give my opinions through experience. I enjoy your continuous songs and the ending "well done" confetti drops. I feel like I'm about to fall short on myself many times, then, that unique tone reminder for the last 5 seconds or so kicks in. I love a trainer like yourself that adds that in to the sessions. That's the one thg I value as well in short workout like these: not prolonged but the last 5 seconds notice beep reminder. It helps me and it's like the trainer telling me or voiceover speaking "5 seconds left, you got this." Thank you very much for the musical motivation and your peaceful energy!! It's calming when I may feel physically stressed trying to hold some positions in place. #Godspeed

She has a half a dozen or so. When do start your training do videos twice a day back to back. Believe me you can thank me later. My cakes were 22in when I started her workouts 6 months ago and I just hit another gain. 37" was a tough mark to hit. I got volleyballs round firm beautiful cheeks.:)
Not True.my left leg has more tight muscle than the right leg.so i must do more on the tight but IT doesn.t grow like the left.i don,t know why this happenes
This was helpful because I very rarely or never exercised the back of my legs and addressed the lower back which I found so helpful because I spend so much time sitting while at home and at work.

Hi! There is nothing cruel here and she does not advertise/market what you’re stating. If you view any UA-cam workout video, everyone has ones titled for different body parts, such as this. When you go to the gym you have machines for legs, arms, abs, etc. Therefore, this video is simply as that. When you combine it with other videos for the lower body (or maybe you’re doing full body), it equals a full workout for said body workout you’re focusing on for the day. I hope this helps clarify and provides a healthier perspective for you.
It clearly says 15 exercises to lose THIGH FAT. That is misleading your body will take fat wherever it wants and you could even add muscle if a newbie which is why people quit because not only did they not lose fat in exactly the only place they wanted they gained size. The title should be honest so people know that these exercises will not make you lose fat in the thighs because it wont. You cant choose where to lose fat it impossible. Like idiots thinking situps and crunches lose tummy fat, it doesnt.
Just zip it do the workout. It works on your body believe me. Oh I think you could get some Jesus too cast out that bitterness. Don't forget to hydrate with some haterade.

When you strengthen the specific muscle group the fat that’s right underneath the skin becomes less visible because the muscle gets bigger as it grows
