I’m well over 50, I’m a competitive rower, own a lans aping business snd teach Bikram yoga. I see plenty of women around me who are foot and moved everyday well into their 80s. I think the key is to never stop moving!
Me at 53, sit cross legged on the floor any time of the day and get up straight without support . Maintain a perfect weight for my height. Credit goes to yoga practice
Guessing none of them were in an auto collision with a bus that damaged both knees, both rotator cuffs, along with their necks. You don’t say if it’s okay to do those stretches if they cause pain.
Wow! I'm pressing 130lbs and that's hard for me! Weigh 122lbs. How did you work up to that weight? I'm in really good shape but would find that really hard.

Can't do exercises where one has to bend over, because of heartburn, GERB (due to inner and outer muscle atrophy). Do you have exercises for that, and overall exercises that exclude bending over and causing heartburn? Thank you in advance 💚🌷🌿
Ok I have all those issues to some extent, due to being sedentary. I can easily implement these 3 exercises to start loosening things up - low back, hips and shoulders. Thank you!
I love the face she made when she did that first exercise. The table top. Which is basically the bridge. I've always known to be laying down and doing it. I've never done it like that before but I'll have to try that on a couch or chair or something. Good job to the lady that did that. I usually do the bridge to tighten my. I squeeze them as I go up. By the way I love her hair. I have two types of squat machines at home a recumbent bike weights resistance bands etc. I never have to go to a gym I do it all at home. Love it you have to stay motivated. I'm 68 and I work out daily.
I am 55 and always at night before going to sleep I do this exercise, I raise my hand and then the other towards my mouth and I repeat it about 7 times for 15 minutes taking breaks of one or two minutes!...and that's how I drink my glass of wine red!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ooooow dear im so stiff😊 I could do only the 2nd and 3rd cos my wrists aren't good enough to support the weight...got to work on healing that first... Thank you 👍🏾

Lol im a professional bodybuilder at 52 well into advanced abdominal circuits. Not all women over 50 are stiff..

I squat every day picking up after my cat, feeding my cat, cleaning up after my cat!
Try doing the sun salutation 'Soorya Namaskaar'. Great for the whole body. You can do it sitting on a chair too.
