Love to see a new inventions that's as versatile and also simple and elegant as this. It's like the variety of what you can do with straps and gymnastic rings, but for barbells.

Hey Mike, Jose from Puerto Rico. I'm a current subscriber to your channel and I bought a product from you a while back. It was a chart with exercise routines. Anyhow, I'd like to see a full video using that contraption exclusively with bands. If you can make a video with a full body routine just using straps, a daily routine for each muscle group with a reverse timer. I would definitely purchase it if you made it into a downloadable file. I've seen other videos, but I respect your channel and your insight on all these different forms of exercises you showcase. Thanks again.

The cam handles at this point do not, but I'm right there with you that they should. Let me talk to Al about that and get back to you. I'm going to try and make that happen because the cam handles are very cool. You'd really only need a couple parts to be added to the package to make it work.

Heard in your video recommendations for a squat rack, whilst not marketed as a squat rack I highly recommend the Ironmaster IM2000 with the J hooks and spotter arms to make into a half rack. It’s such a versatile machine, not only would you have a half rack in a compact footprint, the smith function is excellent as well as the high and low pulley set up. Leg press plate is a great addition for vertical leg press. Think for its size, heavy weight rating (1000lbs) and versatility it’s hard to beat. Did you manage to try it out at homegymcon?

No problem dude! That’s such a shame you didn’t try it as it’s such a versatile piece and silky smooth, and from viewing your channel quite a bit lately I think it would be right up your street. I think it gets overlooked for some reason (ironmaster in general as they don’t advertise heavily) but the fundamental IM2000 design is bombproof as been around since late 70’s which I think says a lot about a machine.

There's multiple ways you could attach this to a TG. I was planning on making a video creating a bar using these for my TG.

That cam handle hook up is actually my favorite. Works perfect for a safety squat. I wouldn’t trust swinging a bar with a chainbeast though.
