    I prefer weights, I don’t like cardio/conditioning. But I showed up and I did it. I’m going to keep showing up for myself❤

    Did not realize until this workout how much my cardio endurance had gone down as we focused on strength in tiers 1 and 2. Excited to build that up again in Tier 3!!

    Bought myself a weighted vest this weekend for my walks.. used it for 80% of this workout , and boy did it do wonders for the intensity

    I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and I LOVE your workouts! Especially on those days that I come home exhausted and I have no more brain power. I know I can just turn your videos on and know that I will get a great workout!

    Love the addition of the timer up top. I feel so much stronger than I did before summer time fine started! I found myself using heavier weights. Adding back in some conditioning really kicked my butt and I KNEW were gonna do mountain climbers at the end! Phew!!! Thank you Sydney!

    I LOOOOVE workouts like todays. 30sec work periods, 30 min (ish) workouts are amazing! Great calories burned and kids didn't inerrupt me once!

    Thank you Sydney and Dustin for the great new timers and beeper! It’s nice knowing when 3 seconds are left as Sydney May be drinking water or talking about what’s next and isn’t able to fully countdown herself (understandable!). I love my “routine” to make sure I’m engaging with the channel. I start the workout and immediately “like” the video as my “check in”. As the ads are playing, I get my shoes on. Once the workout is done, I cross off the day on my calendar. After the cooldown is complete is when I write whatever I want!! Crushed it 💪

    My first day back after getting Covid. I dialed it back and was still winded the whole way through. I know that means I'm strong and getting stronger. This was the perfect workout and the perfect length to get back in the saddle and push myself while building back my endurance. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
