Love the addition of the timer up top. I feel so much stronger than I did before summer time fine started! I found myself using heavier weights. Adding back in some conditioning really kicked my butt and I KNEW were gonna do mountain climbers at the end! Phew!!! Thank you Sydney!

It’s nice knowing when 3 seconds are left as Sydney May be drinking water or talking about what’s next and isn’t able to fully countdown herself (understandable!). I love my “routine” to make sure I’m engaging with the channel. I start the workout and immediately “like” the video as my “check in”. As the ads are playing, I get my shoes on. Once the workout is done, I cross off the day on my calendar. After the cooldown is complete is when I write whatever I want!! Crushed it 💪

Your S&C workouts always kick my butt. Needed an intense workout today and specifically sought out one of your s&c. I felt strong and worked hard but realized how far I am from my goals as well. Every day counts!
My first day back after getting Covid. I dialed it back and was still winded the whole way through. I know that means I'm strong and getting stronger. This was the perfect workout and the perfect length to get back in the saddle and push myself while building back my endurance. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
