A proper Gandalf build would have been beating people over the head with your staff’s r2 rather than actually casting spells
in the films they nerf him, in the books he always use magic to fight he is one the most powerful mage
@@andre_army9093 he rarely uses magic in both the films and books. In the books I’d say he actually uses his sword more, but you are correct. Gandalf is a literal god, and he killed a demon who was also a god, but also empowered by the literal devil, so Gandalf is pretty powerful.
@@gooseguyfilms4460I would say he's more an angel than a god. He's also nerfed by the actual god of the story and gets more access to magic as gandalf the white but still has a limited access. His biggest feat with magic is definitely the balrog fight.
@@HAWSHPAWZ-GAMEZ yeah angel is definitely a better way to describe it, but being Gandalf the white doesn’t give him access to more magic, it just changes the internal goals built into his personality. Theoretically, all it does is make him more willing to use powerful magic to achieve Sauron’s defeat, rather than his previous “purpose” of being friend to all the peoples of Arda.

Minas Tirith was named Minas Anor (before Mordor strengthened in the Third Age) to match Minas Ithil (now Minas Morgul) with Osgiliath in between as Isildur and Anárion co-ruled before Mordor rose again in the twilight of the Second Age.

I'd argue that the Snow Witch Hat, matching the rest of the set you had, is probably the closest thing you'll get to a good looking Gandalf-esque hat with that outfit.

You actually didn't have to fight the Fallingstar Beast to get to the Volcano Manor. After giving Rya the necklace you can just go to those ruins after the Ruinstrewn Precipice (the cave to get to Altus) and she'll be there and take you right to the Manor

@@Atomable After giving the necklace an alternative is to take the dectus lift up to altus and she will be standing near the left side railing of the platform once you spawn at the top
You can also just walk past the Fallingstar Beast, lmao. Nothing is stopping you from just jumping on out of its arena.

@Atomable Yep. There's no fog wall or anything else trapping you there. The rock you jump to in order to continue to the manor is accessible the whole time, all you gotta do is get on your horse and jump out and the thing won't follow you.
Pretty much applies to all the "open world" bosses - if there's no fog wall, no cutscene, chances are you can just leave and come back later lol

Great video, but at 1:55 you show it and you said it, Gandalf have a half sword. So instead of using the sword of night and flame or fighting bosses with only magic and the astrologer staff, I think right handed the Bastard Sword and left handed a wooden staff (Albinauric Staff or Staff of Loss) will be way more fitting the drip and the combat style of Gandalf, with a mix of melee combat and magic 😉

The funny thing about Gandalf is most of his magic is nature based, so faith spells probably fit him better genreally! On top of that he's essentially an angel serving a god, so faith makes even more sense haha.
