I'm glad there are a still a few younger bands that can carry the torch from the epic days of true rock and roll. God, I'm thankful this was the music of my generation.
Even for a band as great as the Foo's and that rocks as hard as they do, it must be a real treat to get their WHO on, it's like stepping back in time to another era and getting to live out your rock star dreams. No band ever did it like The Orrible Ooooo, and it's so nice to see a modern band put on the wolves clothing and honor their considerable prowess. You go Foo's!
I remember watching this live. Well live in my living room! I miss the vh1 rock honors. I remember watching the first 3 and then BAM! They quit doing them. What ever happened to good ol' music television? Oh yeah... UA-cam!
Guess you had to be there. Most rock and roll fun, kick ass Maximum R&B church service i've ever been to. Everyone in the audience had a ball and the musicians all knew they were in the presence of greatness. Every song was done with everything they had!!!...Then Pete and Rog took the stage and showed them how it was done...
I looked for this after I saw it on the tube and couldn't find it....thanks great performance. To those knocking the singer go start a band cause you don't know shut.
Best cover ever is 'Paranoid' or 'Black Sabbath (from the Satanic Perspective)' by Type O Negative. Check 'em out before you roll your eyes or say/think 'yeah, whatever' 8)
When you have enough balls to sing a who song and do it well some of the greatest songs ever written by the greatest rock band of all time it's a true tribute to the who and the foo
It was a nice tribute to an insanely awesome song. They really enjoyed the jam! It was weird to hear the drums played straight up normal, excellent drummer, just very different than Keith's amazing original....
Perhaps you're referring to a Quick One While He's Away covered by My Morning Jacket, included in the Live in Cornice DVD from Pearl Jam? It's a kick ass cover!!
da fuck your talking about? the guy sings awesome... never missed a beat, dave have (maybe) more power on his voice but he would have been out of tune half the song.
hey man nothing against supergrass or this dude, just his performance on this song. I'm pretty sure you don't want a soft mumbly singer to pay homage to Roger Daltrey.

Sad day today. RIP Taylor. This is my all time favorite performance of his….fitting that it’s a love song to God. 🤘
Same - love Taylor in this song as well!! The Best 💘

the whole genre is dead, overtaken by this shit hip-hop and rap!
Damn Taylor Hawkins filling up Moonie's shoes and now joining him in Heaven. God bless him and he will be forever missed. RIP 🙏 TH.
Foo Fighters and Gaz Coombes from Supergrass
you can tell they’re just having the best damn time - and that’s part of what I love about these guys. they’re unapologetic fans to the core!
Most Americans never discovered Supergrass and it's a shame
Maybe not, but this singer is a far cry from Roger Daltrey, tho he gives it a good try. Too much mush in his verse vocals.

Great! Taylor is absolutely killin' it!
RIP
Quite possibly the best cover EVER!! They rocked their balls off and left it all on the stage!! WELL DONE MY FRIENDS!!!

Simply Amazing !
Gaz did GREAT! He got his own style.... & it rocks
Nobody can cover a classic rock anthem better thanThe Foo's. This Who tribute thing they did only cements that fact. Unbelievable.
Saw Supergrass early 2020 they are still awesome
Love this rendition paying tribute to the Who.....nobody does it better...
I remember pumpin on my stereo
They are awesome
sur que sur ce coup là , Entwitle et Moon ont du se retourner ....long live rock!
When you have enough balls to sing a who song and do it well some of the greatest songs ever written by the greatest rock band of all time it's a true tribute to the who and the foo
really cool, really
Thanks DAVE .... AWEOME COVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a nice tribute to an insanely awesome song. They really enjoyed the jam! It was weird to hear the drums played straight up normal, excellent drummer, just very different than Keith's amazing original....
Well then thats the best "straight up normal" i've ever heard
I think the point is, it's very good drumming, but it sounds so remedial compared to what Moon did. It's more a commentary on Moon than this drummer.
The Fox Fighters were the best act at this show, Imo.
This was pretty bad ass!
The Who wrote some GREAT songs
love the Who and the Foos...... maybe they should go out and do a 'Who Tribute Show'?
The Fho?
Nicely done !
Great cover!
my god
Epic... ⛵🦁...
che carica,
the singer needed to warm up but once he did he did great.
Perhaps you're referring to a Quick One While He's Away covered by My Morning Jacket, included in the Live in Cornice DVD from Pearl Jam?
It's a kick ass cover!!
you should watch pear jam's cover of 'love reign o'er me' & 'a quick one while he's away' from THE WHO
Pearl Whine? No thank you.
What about Pearl Jam's Reign O'er Me?, it also kicked ass.
and furthermore Roger d is his own musical parallel universe can't compare👩🏫
Luv this shit
RIP Taylor Hawkins the best I ever had.
I think kazku ROCKS^FOO'S BAND IS MUSICALLY RIGHTEOUS with this singer wake up🙄
GAZ COOMBES ♡♡♡♡♡
Theez guyz 🎁 rock especially the singer
I like Pearl Jam, but they don't hold a candle to Foo Fighters, even on Saturdays.
killer solo by shiflett, too bad is too low.
Wow...Taylor Hawkins did great Keith Moon. Awesome musician, such a loss.
how sorely missed is keith moon
Who better to do this than the foo fighters
Every drum performance I do I dedicate it to Taylor Hawkins.
wtf ever happened to supergrass besides 2001
That. Is. Not. How. The song. Ends. Moon. Would b. Pissed
WHO 🇬🇧💣🇬🇧💣🇬🇧💣
fuck censorship!
Good Garage band version, however, a more powerful singer would have made it better
Oof, the singer really blew it. Overall performance: 5/10
SuperWHO???
They ain't the Who, butt on this song's rendition they out who'd da Who !
I agree, Pearl Jam beats the Foo Fighters every day of the week and twice on Sunday...
da fuck your talking about? the guy sings awesome... never missed a beat, dave have (maybe) more power on his voice but he would have been out of tune half the song.
hey man nothing against supergrass or this dude, just his performance on this song. I'm pretty sure you don't want a soft mumbly singer to pay homage to Roger Daltrey.
He didn't do this classic justice at all.
If u were a Who fan u would understand .
Daltrey was better vocally but foo fighters fuckin smashed it
A joke ...
A joke of what?

Too whiny a singer for covering a Who song.
Sucks
rotten version - geez
This sucks.
