That Sheild Plus is on sale right now for SO cheap, I couldn't help but buy a couple of them. I love it! Although I kind of feel like they're marketing it wrong. I don't think they should go up against 9mm. I think it should be marketed as a .380 replacement because it's exponentially better than .380. Imagine a Bodyguard 2.0 or Or LCP Max in .30 Super Carry... 😳😳 I just wonder if maybe its not possible to put it in one that small since its such a high oressure round? Either way, im a fan of it, and have already bought enough ammo to probably last me the rest of my life in case it goes under. 😂
@Suuby84 I would love for them to make a bodygaurd 2.o in it but it may not be possible. I think it would be more popular if sig and Springfield picked it up
@CamGaylor Yep. I would love some more options. I've always wanted the most powerful round, with the most rounds, in the smallest package. That's why I'd kill for the bodyguard 2.0 in it! Lol. But regardless, the Shield Plus is a great option right now, especially if you get the mag guts kit for the mags you can squeeze even more rounds in!
You’re comparing the 16+1 30sc to a 15+1 PSA Micro Dagger. The stock 43x is only 10+1, so a 30sc actually destroys the 43x in capacity. Not many people are carrying a Palmetto State Armory Micro Dagger for their self defense, I’m guessing. Gun Dungeon did a gel test YT video comparing HST rounds in 30sc, 9mm, 357sig, 40, and 45, and the 30sc penetrated the furthest in the test. They all expanded like the HST rounds are known to do. We lose nothing ballistics wise carrying 30sc HST rounds, but gain a minimum of +3 in capacity, and the capacity advantage would only increase if the magazines were larger. A 17rd Sig Macro magazine would more than likely be 22rds in 30sc for a 5rd advantage.

Its only advantage is small pocket carry guns, and other than the Bodyguard 2.0, nobody can shoot them that well because of recoil in such small guns.

@copper178 you can stick the palmetto mag in the regular glock 43x and it works. So it's basically the same. Thanks for the comment though
I don't see the need in 30 super. I have a 380 and I have a 9mm no need for a super 30 . A big NO for me.
