- Avidity Arms loaned me this pistol in 30 Super Carry because they'd seen my previous video on the caliber. To be honest I wasn't expecting much when it arrived; seemed like just another Glock clone. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised!
It's a triquetra Mark. The triquetra is an ancient symbol that consists of three interconnected arc shapes which form what is known as a trinity knot. While the symbol is called a triquetra, it's also known as the trinity knot, the Celtic trinity knot, and the Holy Trinity.
It adorned the head of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham's bass drum from about 1971 on. All four members of the band selected a symbol to represent them on the inner sleeve of their fourth album and the triquetra was what he chose to use.

30 super carry has serious prospect, especially in my country. My country has bigger round firearms restricted for self defense, only .22 .30 .32 cal allowed for self defense, and 30 super carry is the answer for the best self defense round in my country.

@@Aarons-Animals That’s cool! I picked up a 9mm Shield Plus towards the end of 2024 while S&W were running a rebate on them. In your opinion, what is the main reason that you prefer 30SC over 9mm? That being said, I’d like to pick up a pistol chambered in 30SC mainly because I don’t own any firearms that accept this cartridge. Any information will be greatly appreciated. We have a S&W Shield Plus in 30SC and I like it enough that I started reloading for it. I think something the size of a Glock 48 that holds 17+1 in a flush fitting magazine, with a properly designed single port comp would be an amazing carry gun.

Hey Mark, I'll give you a hint. MAS38 mags fit the rounds well. I printed a mag block that fits one in it for an AR, I have as of yet to get to get to the rest of it (ejector, bolt, barrel etc.) but I think it'd be easy enough to do with these mags.

@tacticplanner7188 I actually am a bit ambi...I switch the raquet to my left hand on the tennis court and on the pickleball court. Makes me wonder if I was one of the Devil's Hand and got switched when I was young.
9x23 is cool. I wish conversions were more readily available for different platforms. I have a 10mm Witness Elite Match and theres a 9x23 kit for it.

Interesting that you changed your grip from the first real time speed to slow-mo. I'd not keep the support hand index finger on the front of that trigger guard as it's rounded. Your finger will not stay where you want it. There's a couple other reasons to not grip that way for guys with medium sized hands. Does the pistol have the 'love it or hate it' Glock grip angle?

What's the capacity, in 9 mm and .30SC?
10+1 and 12+1 respectively.
At 71, it's never given me much problem, left handed for writing, throwing, but going to shoot it was always natural to shoot right handed, rt. Eye dominant... one of the wierd Lefties, I guess....

I believe the double stack goes against the concept of this firearm if I remember correctly
It took entirely too long to get this thing into production if they would have got it out the same year it was announced it would have done well but once the P365 came out this thing was behind the curve

Gay pride month is over and we have Mark back.
They allegedly have a doublestack version in 30sc that they're testing with a 22-23rd capacity.
If a gun isn’t made for 30 super carry, with the entire gun being slimmer than possible with 9mm, then it’s not worth it for 2 extra rounds.
2 rounds is huge % wise

Rob is a great guy. I almost got one of the 30sc kits at the last 3d printed gun event we all metup at. The 3d2a world is full of amazing designs if you ever wanna dive into, ask Rob. We have fully DIY builds that will amaze you.

I would be curious what is the optimal barrel length for a 30 super carry pcc. What gets you the best velocity for length real estate.

The first 6 minutes are a complete waste of time. Disassemble the gun, show us nothing, hold the frame off camera, say it's nicely machined and your kids are left handed. Great thanks.

Man the Trump assassination attempt still feels kinda surreal. It was really bad for the first few days after it happened for me like wow that really happened. Now all the stuff that’s coming out about it is just completely unreal. Reminds me of when 9/11 happened I mean that was so utterly terrible but watching that on TV was so surreal. It got me to thinking about everything that’s happened in the last 8 years. This country has witnessed on tv and the internet has been simply wild. And in all cases just terrible I think people have to be numb to it now. Makes me think wth is next
