I have a mt 100 arrow track. at first i wished i would of got a wide track because everyone said the same thing he did. now Im glad i choose what i did, way less track drag and fit in tighter areas
I have often thought it would be nice of the paver manufacturers to reduce the weight of their pallets to accommodate for mini skids but I get that the world isn’t always about my wants and needs Good overview of many machines We love our sk900
We just got the sk3000 the thing is a beast, does everything a full size skid steer does ,seeing behind you and the sides of the machine with ease when working around obstacles plus when working alone being able to just step off the back is soo much better then climbing in and out of a full.size skid
@@Aumanlandscape finishing up the first job with the sk3000 thing is an absolute beast unloaded full pallets of pavers and techo mini creta wall block from a flatbed truck with minimal butt pucker, loads a mason dump easily and the fact that you can jump off and do what you gotta do without climbing in and out of a cab is a real time saver
Let's see all the manufacturers have a war on the field with different attachments like they did in 07 in Australia. Wish you showed the tracked kanga. Maybe next year. 👍
33 years of owning machines I have used Fuchs,s polyplex 2 grease for the last 20 and have never replaced a set of pins or bushes on any machine that I’ve used that grease one machine had 8500 hrs and was still tight
I actually think the height on the standing platform has to be a little high. If youre up and down elevations, the skid could shut down on you if that platform hits the ground and puses up on it. The machine will think you stepped off the platform and disable the controls. Its actually dangerous, IMO.
i've never seen this guy before but i like his "no nonsense" approach to just saying what he thinks about all the different mini-skid features and controls. i don't want to waste time with a "sales' pitch" video. like the old Jack Webb TV show "Dragnet" "just the facts madam."
Granted function sort of dictates form, but I have to wonder how many are rebadged/tweaked other designs possibly of chinese origin(?), or at least manufactured there using readily available parts.
The mt120 isn’t out nor is it even announced. The prototype was shown at bobcat dealer and from there has been no info. I even asked the guys at gie and none of the reps could give me an answer or info on the machine. I really thought it was going to showcased at the expo but I’m definitely exited for that beast
Only one of these I have tried was a toro tx1000. It was a great machine. I loved the controls, but it’s also the only one I have used. I’m surprised they didn’t have one there?
"Simplistic" is not a fancy synonym for "simple." Rather it means "excessively simple or simplified; treating a problem or subject with false simplicity by omitting or ignoring complicating factors or details."
Long time ago ive used muckers underground that had steel tracks that were powered by compressed air. This guy would whine about how simple and antique old air equipment is but those old hardrock muckers were tough and could dig rock. People today are soft
tracks are a pain in the ass--- tyres are the way to go, you know nothing clearly as tyres on grass are WAAAAYYYYY better than tracks--- i have both and tracks tear up the grass much more than wheels
Had a DW SK 755 about ten years ago, with a single joystick and I loooooved it!
Great video! I like that you point out short comings on the different machines. Thanks for sharing!

I had an MT 85 with wide tracks and got an Mt 100 with narrow tracks and love it.
Way better than wide because you fit every where and easier to ride
Thanks I really like the honest reviews.
Thanks for watching!

That’s awesome to hear. I am yet to talk to anyone with a 3000 with an actual review on it. Thanks for sharing!

I hope that you were checking out JCB 1cxt
I’m looking at the sk3000. Can it mulch? And do everything a regular full size can do?
Hey Caleb, on that bobcat. The foot control is for the constant auxiliary hydraulic.
that seems like something I should know ! lololol !
Would have been nice to talk about price points from each brand

Hell ya
MINI SKID LIFE !
What is your opinion on iron bulls 1000 mini skid steer?
Not that one exactly. The main thing I want to be sure of is parts availability.
My buddy has 1550 and it lifts 2500 lbs of pallets of a truck. How much bigger do you need?
Vermeer makes the best controls

A testament to good maintenance and what it does for a machine!
Some just hate to take the time for a pump of grease, for less cost of repairs
I have 1 hand due to a stroke at a young age , does anyone offer a joystick control for forward ,reverse and steering ?
Yes that is an option on most models!
Would like to see the base prices!
If I knew them I’d share!
Hello! What kind of exhibition is this? Will there be one this year?
Yes ! It’s EQUIP and hardscape North America (hna) use promo code AUMAN for 50% discount tickets!
Essas maquinas são caras demais

What's with the army backpack?
It’s a 5.11 backpack. I love it. For walking around the show I carry all sorts of camera gear and such.
What about the scl 1000
I haven’t seen it.
what will you choise?)
We have 2 ditchwitch
Did i miss the toro dingos?
Maybe they werent there? Idk

Great video
Thanks ! Tell Brittany !
Interesting

Parts availability is a very important consideration!
They came out with a mt120
That’s good. Needs to be a 150! Imo

I’m sure they did. Unfortunately we didn’t come across it !
No Toro ?
Somehow we missed them?!
No kubota either

Good review but all those manufacturers and you couldn’t hit Toro dingo’s?
I know ! I don’t know how we missed them !
Better than Tigran’s reviews 😊
Thanks! I haven’t seen Tigran’s
Why was traffic problems email sent? And good sir,

I think you’re right about Al ! Hahah. I’m not sure about the email
good
He forgot to mention about the Cormidi that it’s a exchange system built on the unit, which means it could be rebuilt to something else.
Neat ! I did not know that

If you’re worried about your precious grass, sure. Some people prefer traction.
