Chinese skid-steer EGN EG360 22 hr review! This video shows how my wheel bearings were destroyed! It also shows how my rad is rubbing along with how I discovered my engine oil sensor safety!
I want to inform the community.. after seeing this video and some others. This seems to be a mistake? So I pulled my track wheel off. And disassembled it. To find that there is grease and a way to grease the bearings. The outside bolt can be removed. Then you can pump grease in through the bolt hole itself. Which will push through a hole that has been drilled into the wheel shaft that is located in between the bearings themselves. Just make sure you grease your machines after heavy usage. I hope this will help someone out. These machines are cheap. But seems that they are using some ingenuity to advance the life of the machine.
Good video and it's a warning for others on this Chinese version of skid steer . That's awful wear after just 22 hours.... Don't think any hire shops will use these units..... Hope you get all going again....
No grease on any of those bearings, I just checked my same machine and same no grease. I bet if you grease them good and maybe even drill and instal zerks it will last a lot longer.
Thanks for the video! I have the same machine (only 5 hrs on it) just checked the same bearings and they were dry too. I guess I should check the rest of them soon......kinda wondering how to get that fore most front roller off?
@@jamesa9lpiopatton419 I think they are worth the price just need to be handy to keep it running! Sure once I get all the kinks worked out it will be more reliable! Check out my other videos where I have more hours on it, sitting at 80hrs now.
Szia.
You need to make a friend that has a lathe. You simply clean up the race where the bearing sits and then make a brass/bronze sleeve that fixes the larger diameter so the original bearing fits tightly. It will allow you to make a decent repair instead of trying to locate a complete replacement wheel from outer Mongolia Lol.

That’s a great idea especially since I have another one with an issue. Just noticed it yesterday so will do a vid of what I find.
I have the same machine. Good Video..i am going to check my bearings.....thanks...let us know if you find the replacement wheels....
Hey Allen I just did another video on the replacement wheel! Check it out on my channel.
Can you get parts for these? There's one at an auction down the road new. These lift much?
Yes, ordered from Alibaba and it came in a week. Lifts a decent amount of weight.
How are the lift arm bearings? It would be a weekend DIYer for branches, horse manure, light gravel repair.
It would be perfect for all of that! The lift arms are not bearing just greasable pins.
Any one know where to get the drive motors mine is leaking from the sprocket nut
It would have helped if the company sent a manual that had grease poonts in it
No grease nipple to that wheel, so destruction eminent! It seem that buyers of these machines all seem to never read the manual Re Greasing.
Just did a new video on adding a grease nipple! The manual I got doesn’t show much about anything!
@@cp-islander I've brought Chinese machinery as well and manuals are lacking, more than a Translation issue
Great video by the way
How much did you pay for it? I have a guy looking for $7,000 for one this exact unit. I think I can find one cheaper than that.
I paid $6,500 Canadian with no taxes. Think you can find it cheaper at an auction.
@@cp-islander thank you
It must have at least a one-year warranty!
I wish it did but I bought it on marketplace and he bought it at an auction so no warranty sadly! Seems like most are being sold at auctions.
You back working?
Where do you get parts
If you watch my other video I talk about where I bought my parts.
@@cp-islanderim buying one tomorrow
What oil do you use ?
10w30 in the engine.
Have you found a supplier as I am looking to replace my bearing.
You can find the bearings and seals on Amazon as they are common.
@@cp-islander Could you fire off a link if you have the time good sir.
@@NORSEARTSsearch for 30205 bearings and 25x52x8 mm seals and a bunch of options should pop up.
@@cp-islander much appreciated
Bearing running dry
Auction chum bidder and buyer beware !
That is why they are cheap...it is a big toy.
Yep
