45 Minute Slow & Spacious Vinyasa Flow for Overwhelm (Minimal Cues)

- This is a 45 minute slow and spacious vinyasa flow class with less detailed alignment cues. Dedicated to those of you out there who might be experiencing a sense of overwhelm during the current pandemic. It's designed to flow as a meditation in motion. A low speed, gentle class with less chat from me to create more space to meaningfully connect with your breath, your body and to help you re-centre and shift your perspective. Class begins with a 5 minute guided meditation (shifting your perspective & energy), then continues with a slow flow of lunges, folds, hip openers, twists & side bends before concluding with a brief gratitude meditation in shavasana. Recommended for practitioners with a more established practice as my cuing is minimal.

Lol! That’s so funny. My husband does the same when I’m teaching live. I think I hypnotise him within 30 sec of shavasana because we usually hear him for the full 5-10 min end of class!
@@TwoBirdsYoga Honestly, I can't say as I blame him. I would do the same if I weren't moving with you most of the time. You have an amazingly calm and even hypnotic quality to your voice.
