The sticky sauce is home-made easy 'soy glaze' ... soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cook for 7 or 8 minutes. Or get Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze.
The kombu is Asian tea made from ground kombu, or use another Asian ice tea.

What is sticky sauce? Your recipe doesn’t work when you add something to it without adding information about the sticky sauce. How and what and where do you get sticky sauce? You kept talking about sticky sauce but I can’t follow this recipe because I don’t know what it is. I guess you can make it without it but why then do you keep telling people to use it? I suppose you have to buy into your books in order to find out. So you should call it your secret sauce bc you’re not telling.
