    It is nice to know from a Medical Doctor that Meat is Bad for Heart. Thus, between Chicken and Mutton, one should prefer Chicken. And, if eating Chicken, eat in small quantity. I thought that Fish fat is good for heart. Yes/No? And lastly, if one is vegetarian eating fried things and milk products possibly contain more fat than Chicken. Yes/No?

    Depending on daily requirement of energy and digestion and energy required for digestion and requirement of iron and proteins and vitamin and level of daily activities a balanced diet is more important than veg or non veg.

    1. if the given information is only for "heart patients" ?
    2. If we consume only plant based diet, is it possible that we won't have any heart related issues??
    3. As you have said, in india there are many people suffering from heart related problems, but India is the only country in which people mostly eat vegetarian food. Why it is so??

      who said there is no cholestrol in plant food ? One needs to eat a complete balanced diet consisting of green veggie ,fruits,fish & sea food,egg,dairy product ,chicken ,whole grains,legumes,mutton,nuts,seeds etc to get optimal health,cholestrol too has 2 parts ldl and hdl (good part needed by the body) ,remember moderation is the key ,people have been consuming these foods for ages in the world and lived perfectly for 80-100 yrs ,those not eating animal based food also die beacuse of heart attack and blockage and if you are so much worried about cholestrol leave dairy as well it too has cholestrol become vegan then

    Sirji, chicken me agar 3.6 g fat hai (out of 100 g), to isme kya bura hai samajh nahi aya. Isse jada fat to chawal, ghee, tel one se hota hai. Cholesterol ko lekar bhi bohut confusion hai. Kahise maine suna hai ki hamara body khud cholesterol generate karti hai, iske saath bahar khane ka cholesterol ka koi direct relation nahi hai. Thoda clarify kijiye.

    Sir I eat 400 grams chicken everyday along with 6 whole eggs and vegetables. According to you I would hv died by now of heart stroke. Dietary cholesterol is not the same as our body cholesterol. Plz highlight this. This is a very old myth that u r teaching sorry to say.

      Shop band kar do…aapka bhi bhala hoga aur dusro ka bhi..waise bhi jeev hatya paap hai..jab bina khoon bahaye bhawan ne itni cheezein di hain paet bharne ke liye toh khoon kyu bahana. Apne swarth ke liye kisi ko haani pahuchana aur maarna toh raakshashi (evil) karm hai.

    Dear Sir
    During this pandemic, it has been observed that the persons who were habitual to eat mutton, buff meat, fish, chicken on daily basis. They had very outstanding immune system to fight corona and hence they got very mild symptoms and self healed. But, people who eats only veggies have been noted to died at a very first stage. What you have to say about it ?

      Most Covid Cases and deaths are in USA, Brazil , Russia , UK , Turkey , France, Germany ,Iran, Italy, Argentina etc. And in all these countries consumption of Egg,Chicken,Fish, Beef, pork and lamb on massive level

    Sir my cholesterol is 174. I started running and walk 9n daily basis. When it comes down can I take meat with exercise n walk ?
