One needs to eat a complete balanced diet consisting of green veggie ,fruits,fish & sea food,egg,dairy product ,chicken ,whole grains,legumes,mutton,nuts,seeds etc to get optimal health,cholestrol too has 2 parts ldl and hdl (good part needed by the body) ,remember moderation is the key ,people have been consuming these foods for ages in the world and lived perfectly for 80-100 yrs ,those not eating animal based food also die beacuse of heart attack and blockage and if you are so much worried about cholestrol leave dairy as well it too has cholestrol become vegan then

But what about healthy person who is fit and fine who do regularly exercise/ jogging/yoga or other activity..who needs protein and othet vitamins...
