Thanks for this very short, clear and useful video. Gives information correctly. In general, rice is a superior food as compared with wheat. But, the rice should be unpolished. Also, jawar, yellow millet, raagi (nachani) is superior to wheat. Green vegetables should be added not only to rice food, but also wheat food equally. There is something in rice that makes it superior to wheat in general.
Yes. You are right. Unpolished brown rice is better than wheat roti. Jowar,bajra and positive millets are more nutritious and healthy choice.
Can brown rice be eaten daily? And together with roti in a meal?
