I replied vegan only 2. are you masturbating too much and onto porn movies? i said no 3. are you feeling weakness on bones I said yes then he said who the hell told you to stop meat? i said myself? So he sarcastically said thats what happened when you become a doctor at your own. He told me to eat red meat only extremely low carb and desi ghee , makhan , eggs , pistachios , almonds, cashews, and walnuts goat liver twice a week. he suggested me vitamins and vitamin D supplement guess what I rechecked this month and testosterone was 595 ng/dl i can share even my reports. my vitamin D was 60 before 14.7 so Red meat saved me after that I read too many researches and found that testosterone comes from a molecule called cholestrol if your cholestrol is low you are never gonna make test. So vegan diet cant give you testosterone. NOW YOU MAY START ABUSING ME.
