    Feeling very nice while doing this yoga with you, I have irregular periods and suffering from PCOS, from last 2 years, from last 2 months I didn't get natural periods I am very worried about it , just searched on you tube for PCOS yoga, I found your page just started from this Monday your PCOS 3 parts of yoga and I got periods yesterday, I am very happy and I don't have pain also, Thank You so much for yoga videos, your explaining very nicely and slowly so people can understand and love and enjoy while doing yoga..🤗🙂

    Really very good stretches for relieving menstrual cramps, my cramps reduced within 15 minutes as I started to do the yoga.Thank you so much. It helped me a lot

      Hii dear.... I ve also faced the same.... First thing is sleep before 11 and get a sound sleep... Then eat a lot of vegetables and pomegranate...be in the present... Don't be so anxious about the future... And then whenever you do yoga do it in a relaxed state of mind.... Hope it helps.... You ll be fine soon.. Take care ❤❤❤
