Nearly 20 years I’ve had TE. 3 doctors, 2 PTs, x-rays, etc during that time… no one told me what it was or how to fix it. Then I met my friend who’s an Athletic Therapist… iD’d the issue, provided instructions on how to fix… finally relief
@@sarjanshah1522the massage & stretches… as often as you can (but let’s not do it constantly, that’s overkill). The strength exercise… 15 reps x 3 sets. Make sure to work the muscles on the DOWN - not the up. As I recall, my AT friend said that TE occurs due to weak muscles. She said to start with light weight & gradually increasing, start even if a bit sore (but shouldn’t cause pain!)… AND CONTINUE, after the elbow feels better. She said it is common for folks to do the exercise until it’s feeling better, then slack off - the TE pain will come back! So keep it up! Wishing you all the best in fixing your TE.
exercises, a mini version, are good. NOT so the NOISE from the background...antithesis of healing ... thanx for MUTE ... so I can watch and do and write this!
The best thank you for not spending 30 minutes to show some quick ways to help!! Much appreciated
Just started today, had 3 months of this pain. 🤞🏻 It works, and thanks for making this.
Do you know where did it come from ? i had it for 2 weeks suddenly. My guess is that i got while sleeping, pressing my forearm down.
That you so much for this video! It healed the pain in just days 🙏 I now include these in my regular weekly workout.

@ it’s similar to acupuncture, but a focus on muscle trigger points and nerve pain.
