    Nearly 20 years I’ve had TE. 3 doctors, 2 PTs, x-rays, etc during that time… no one told me what it was or how to fix it. Then I met my friend who’s an Athletic Therapist… iD’d the issue, provided instructions on how to fix… finally relief

      @@DragonFlyOwl- how many times a day? I wish he had mentioned how many reps for each set and how many times to do this everyday

    • @DragonFlyOwl
      @DragonFlyOwl 4 місяці тому

      @@sarjanshah1522the massage & stretches… as often as you can (but let’s not do it constantly, that’s overkill). The strength exercise… 15 reps x 3 sets. Make sure to work the muscles on the DOWN - not the up.
      As I recall, my AT friend said that TE occurs due to weak muscles. She said to start with light weight & gradually increasing, start even if a bit sore (but shouldn’t cause pain!)… AND CONTINUE, after the elbow feels better. She said it is common for folks to do the exercise until it’s feeling better, then slack off - the TE pain will come back! So keep it up!
      Wishing you all the best in fixing your TE.
