Finished my 48hr fast at 3 pm Malaysia time and boy am I glad!
For me it was tough but I am so glad I did it!
Wish there was more info on how vegetarian/vegan can break a long fast. I struggled to find a vegetarian broth with glycine so I made green mung beans soup with some onion, salt and pepper.
Just this month, at 66.5 yrs, I've begun intermittent fasting, and going through mostly a 4-6 hour eating window. Within days, sugar cravings were gone. I started to see a significant increase in my energy and focus. I realized I wasn't needing my adhd meds like before. The energy boost and mental clarity has been a surprise! I encourage the younger women to start now and post menopause will be amazing!!

I can do extended fast easily but sometimes when I do it my sleep is s bit disturbed and I wonder if the hungry is doing it. I’d like some tips
