    NOONG BATA PA AKO AKALA KO LAHAT NG SARDINAS AY NASA LATA, ABA! MERON DIN PALANG NASA LAYA. hahaha! HI everyone thank you for visiting my channel. This fish recipe may seem so simple but its full of nutrients especially omega-3 ... Its an easy to follow recipe you can cook this anywhere even outdoors. Sardines are also good to grill because of its natural oil. in this recipe I have included harrisa tomato sauce for dipping. This sauce have so many variations and versions. its never too late to try other recipes, today its a Portuguese inspired recipe. try it and see what you've missed with those years gone eating same cuisine which is in your comfort zone.
    ☀️edited 6/28/21 😊Sorry you might find most of my videos slow and longer, I was just starting to learn how to edit don’t know how to cut short and beside I was also after the 40,000 watch hour requirement to be monetized. I will try to improve on each video I make. Thanks for your support guys, welcome to my channel.❤️😊💕

      Kusinerong ILOCANUCK hahaha! I can’t blame you Mr. G. Ganun din ako pag sardines Ligo or 5star.Marami nito sa Oceans market. Don’t get it mistaken for *smelts Mas tasty ang sardines than smelt. When you fry it lasang Spanish sardines lalo na if spicy. Piliin mo ganyan Lang kalaki kc walang Tinik.

    Great and looks so good. Will try it as my first time with sardines. I have the small ones. But I can't tell if the sardines were cleaned or gutted before cooking. Were their insides removed?

    • @EvelynsPlate
      @EvelynsPlate  9 місяців тому +1

      Hi Danny, how are u? you don’t need to remove the guts, it’s so small anyway and you hardly notice it when it’s fried. Sardines in cans have guts in it ‘too, if you will notice it, so it’s ok. 😊thank u for ur comment.

      Hi sorry for my delayed response, yes you could eat the gut just like eating sardines in a can. You’ll hardly see it, it’s too small and the sardines is so crunchy. Thank you @21sashalee for visiting my channel. Hope you enjoy this recipe. Even vinegar with chili tastes good with this fried sardines.

    • @EvelynsPlate
      @EvelynsPlate  Рік тому

      Hi Jose👋you’re right! And once you tried it you would think it wasn’t bad after all because sardines tastes good when crispy fried like that. It’s the Portuguese way and other European countries ( near the sea) way of cooking small fish. Let’s put it this way, (sardines in can) with tomato sauce or in olive oil has guts in it ‘too, right? and it’s good. Try it with cold beer someday. You might also like it.😊 Sardines is a very good source of omega 3 and other vitamins & minerals. I think fishes this small taste good because they’ve just eaten mostly seaweeds. Thanks for your comments Jose.😊
