USSR. "NIMOR" is not a plant or a factory. “NIMOR” is a trademark for consumer goods, which once, in addition to the main production, were produced by the Black Sea Shipyard, located in the city of Nikolaev. “NIMOR” is a reminder of a large country, pieces of life of which are captured in heavy bronze figurines. There are a lot of figures released, some are less well made, some are very well made. Many were later melted down as scrap bronze. Nostalgia for a bygone era.

My version of the rest: So there she was, she cast it in Bronze so the leather would not decay. But as time flew, the rust quickly grew and the children could no longer stay. Years later the Restorer had come and he had great fun and in the shoe once again they could play!
I love your channel, I watch everything you post. I enjoyed watching all the restored steps. People believe that some things become worthless with time and they abandon them, but only this genius person knows how to benefit from them by restoring them and then selling at a higher price. I think this shoe could be sold for thousands of dollars.❤
⚠️ To the bitter commenters: Can't you people just chill and appreciate?! 😳 Why this incessant need to criticize? 👀 Even if it's not a real restoration, it still costs money and time to buy such beautiful items, make them "old and dirty" and clean them just for our enjoyment. There's no need to be so angry at life, it's not good for your health.😂😂😂
Add 2 light panels directly to the glass on the sandblaster and put your phone one the middle to film, you will have a better result. also try to add a second vacuum to extract more dust.👍

Lindo sapatinho d ouro😍
Thank you for the video! It is interesting to know the story of how this bronze shoe from the city of Nikolaev came to the USA. I have this exact shoe!
My rating is a clear 5... for the work... and a 10 for the result!!! Easyer to begin with sandblasting... no chemicals are needed... 5 of 6 steps were unusual... without sense! Thickness of material was given to start directly with sandblasting! Following by polishing with steelwool 200 and 1000 grit... with polishing paste... At all it will take maximal 1 hour to finish with same result!!! Rating 10 of 10... Bronce is real easy to clean and to polish!!!
Bravo !!! ( en passant, je suis Mexicaine) 🤗
Greetings from the USA This was fascinating to watch and the result is absolutely beautiful :) I do have some questions: 1. What kind of acid did you use? Oxalic? 2. What was the white powder you added to the acid? 3. What did you spray the boot with before you used the fine grain sandpaper? 4. What was the solution used for surface cleaning and degreasing? 5. What was the spray used to remove the polishing residue? Great presentation and close-up photography. Thank you for sharing. The result is definitely a "10"
Hello! Thank you very much! Glad you liked it. 1. Acetic acid 9% 2. Baking soda 3. Water 4. Alkaline agent 5. Means for removing bitumen from the surface
@@TheRestorer 1. Protective gloves for acid? 2. Steel wool # 2. A. Would you ever be able to list all the different tools? That would be a ton of work? 3. Do you have a video where you have c listed all the steps and materials?
I hope you liked the result✨ of the restoration.🙂

Hello! Thank you very much for the information.
If I'm not mistaken, below "NIMOR" was an abbreviation for "Price 3 ruble, 80 kopeck." Strange that the price was in the casting.

Hello! Thanks!
I have enjoyed watching many of your restorations. ... Hello 👋🏻 from Southern California 🌴
It gets 10 out of 10!! So wonderful to have a piece of history! ❤❤❤
Hello!😉 Thank you very much!👍
Beautifully restored. I did love the colors of the before as well. But understand it needed to be restored. Stunning.
Stunning " before" and " after "
Loved this ...
The result is beautiful but I really did love the ole rusty boot before the restoration.
10 million. Just brilliant. Adorable little Golden Boot!
This one reminds me of an old nursery rhyme- "There was an old woman who lived in a shoe, she had so many children she didn't know what to do."
Hello! Wow, interesting fairy tale)))
I was thinking the same got taught that when I was a child in Scotland .
My version of the rest: So there she was, she cast it in Bronze so the leather would not decay.
But as time flew, the rust quickly grew and the children could no longer stay.
Years later the Restorer had come and he had great fun and in the shoe once again they could play!
That’s a massive 10 from me…Delightful Eye Candy even if it was an ashtray. What a delightful keepsake…love it..
Cool
The restoration was remarkably good!! I actually liked it to begin with because it had character.
Looking at a rusted out boot, the end result was spectacular 😊 10 my friend
Hello!😉 Thank you very much!👍
Definitely a 10/10! This looks beautiful! 🤩
The beauty was the patina of time, leave well enough alone in my opinion.
😂 I agree just a bit. But that person saw a challenge. And they rosed to it well❣️
Ten! Beautiful work, fascinating watching your process. Thank you for caring about things that would probably otherwise go to the dump.❤
