So, so, so good! Seeing them in LA in October, can't wait.
Real and pure sound of 90's rock. I love it.
Saw these guys live 4 times in March when touring UK with Drive By Truckers - Slow it goes was a real standout song each night.
I hate 'Slow It Goes' because I love it so much I play it on repeat for ages and it keeps me up at night. Sure wish I hated more songs so much.
REM and Camper Van Beethoven were the 2 best bands of the 80s so of course these guys are amazing. Long live rock.

Wow I remember when Chris was in sprinkler and I decided to look them up and found this gem of a band he’s in.
Saw these guys touring with The Charlatans and have been following them ever since. Highly recommend their debut album and their EP.
Late getting to them - just saw a recent tweet connecting Peter Buck with Eyelids. Can hear why they worked with Peter. Plus guy in stripes looks like Mike Mills...a bit. 😁

1:21 Nice introduction on the guitar sounds like 'Lola' (Renaud) ("Slightly" modified of course...)
As usual, when it starts like this, the rest is also doubtful... The 2nd track might echoed (5:40) a bit Noir Désir mostly for the guitar and melody but can't remember which song exactly... (I wouldn't say: 'À ton étoile' but not far from this one). These Frenchs are godsends... (Might be mixed with Cranberries: 'Zombie')
At best, the level of this group is way under the mainstream of an average country 30 years ago and this is pathetic because they have now so many tools that were not there before.
