During the current pandemic situation, we feel it is not safe to allow any person to enter my home for installation although if your people are taking sufficient measures as still there are some asymptomatic patients. Installation was not done professional and not upto the standards of Kent . All the water pipes are hanging or just ties up to another nearest possible cable (saying that to make proper installation it is the job of electrician). Purified TDS water (45) was written on the installation report is different from what he showed us(83), when called him back he came and corrected it. They are very much interested in selling the pre sediment filter and cover for the unit but not interested to make proper installation. Being a reputed organization please take care of such issues which will not spoil your brand name. If it is really required to have a pre sediment filter then why not Knet sell that along with the equipment. Kent is selling some of the things and forcing us to buy the other from outside market (pre sediment filter etc costing around RS 1000/-) I am very much unhappy with your installation team.

Installation was not done professional and not upto the standards of Kent . All the water pipes are hanging or just ties up to another nearest possible cable (saying that to make proper installation it is the job of electrician). Purified TDS water (45) was written on the installation report is different from what he showed us(83), when called him back he came and corrected it. They are very much interested in selling the pre sediment filter and cover for the unit but not interested to make proper installation. Being a reputed organization please take care of such issues which will not spoil your brand name. If it is really required to have a pre sediment filter then why not Knet sell that along with the equipment. Kent is selling some of the things and forcing us to buy the other from outside market (pre sediment filter etc costing around RS 1000/-) I am very much unhappy with your installation team.
