The under sink model doesn’t have the electronics to keep track of the filter usage intervals. This is one of the reasons that it is a bit less expensive than the countertop models. We recommend that you write on each filter, with a Sharpie pen, the date you installed it, to keep track of the filter life. You can also use a calendar reminder. You should replace the pre-filter after 6 months. The VOC filter after 12 months. The RO filter after 2 years.

If you mean, the color of the RO faucet... The Under Sink model is designed to use a separate Reverse Osmosis faucet, but you can use your own RO faucet. You can find several options on Amazon. Is there a renters friendly workaround for the faucet? My sink doesn't have a hole to install the head and I don't want to drill one as a tenant. Is there another way this could be done?
You will need a 13/16” drill bit and drill that is appropriate for drilling through the countertop material. You can find information about this on page 9 of the installation manual.
If you don’t have experience with this kind of installation, you will need to hire a technician in your area to install it. We don't have particular technicians to recommend. Can this be connected to an ice maker with an RO T Splitter? (Not to fridge water outlet, just to ice maker) (My last comment got hidden by UA-cam because of Amazon link to T Connector)
Installed this and it has drastically reduced water pressure (more than half I'd say) of my regular faucet's cold water. Disconnected everything, checked for blockages, blew air through, reattached my original hose without this connected, and my pressure was fine again. Connected it back up, thinking it needed to fill the tank before the pressure would return, but it hasn't. Is there a solution to this? Or am I just stuck with almost no water pressure for cold water on my normal faucet right next to this AquaTru?

My holding tank valve is leaking. I have the blue horseshoe ring on. I cut the plastic line using a razor blade trying to achieve a flat cut. Where did I go wrong? How do I fix this? I need it to stop. This is the only leak. Furthermore, I only see water coming out of the drain line but not the water faucet line.

@@AquaTruWater I figured out the leak and haven’t taken back the comment-I had to stick the 1/4” line further into the recess-My tank osmosis would not fill to full. I ran it for over 3hrs. probably 5 on the timer. The faucet water line… had x3 as little water pressure than the drain line the whole 5hrs. Lastly, a rotten egg after taste from the faucet water line i tried some on the 4th hr. I think that aftertaste is gone now I have the under the sink ph+ mineral boost model from AquaTru What’s going to happen?
