    स्टेप 1 - वाटर प्यूरीफायर का अनबॉक्सिंग :
    केंट ग्रैंड+ वाटर प्यूरीफायर को अनबॉक्स करने की प्रक्रिया बहुत आसान है। वाटर प्यूरीफायर पैकिंग बॉक्स को सावधानी से समतल सतह पर रखें और पैकिंग स्ट्रिप्स को चाकू की मदद से काट लें। वाटर प्यूरीफायर पैकिंग बॉक्स खोलें और वाटर प्यूरीफायर के साथ आने वाली एक्सेसरीज को चेक करें। सूची का उल्लेख नीचे किया गया है

    स्टेप 2 - जल कनेक्शन स्थापित करना:
    अगला कदम पानी का कनेक्शन स्थापित करना है। प्रक्रिया शुरू करने से पहले सभी प्लंबिंग एक्सेसरीज और टूल्स को तैयार रखें। वाटर प्यूरीफायर को हमेशा सामान्य पानी की आपूर्ति पर स्थापित करें न कि गर्म पानी की आपूर्ति पर।

    स्टेप 3 - वाटर प्यूरीफायर को वॉल माउंट करने के प्रक्रिया:
    वाटर प्यूरीफायर को वॉल माउंट करने के लिए, बॉक्स के अंदर उसके साथ आने वाले ड्रिलिंग स्टिकर का उपयोग करें। दीवार पर ड्रिलिंग स्टिकर चिपकाएं और वाटर प्यूरीफायर को वॉल माउंट करने के लिए मापन चिह्नों का अनुसरण करते हुए दीवार में छेद करें।

    स्टेप 4 - वाटर प्यूरीफायर कैसे लगाएं:
    अगला कदम वाटर प्यूरीफायर स्थापित करना है। आरओ प्यूरीफायर लगाने के लिए सबसे पहले सामने के पारदर्शी कवर को हटा दें और फिर कार्बन ब्लॉक, सेडिमेंट फिल्टर, यूवी चेंबर और आरओ मेम्ब्रेन वाले तारों को जोड़ दें। फ़ूड-ग्रेड पाइप्स को फ़िल्टर के साथ संलग्न करें और फिर प्यूरिफायर को उस दीवार पर लटका दें जहाँ स्क्रू ड्रिल किए गए थे।
    स्टेप 5 - टीडीएस स्तर का समायोजन
    अंतिम चरण वाटर प्यूरीफायर के टीडीएस स्तर को समायोजित करना और स्थापना प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना है। वाटर प्यूरीफायर के टीडीएस स्तर को समायोजित करने के लिए, आपको पहले लॉकिंग नट्स को खोलना होगा। शुद्ध पानी के टीडीएस को बढ़ाने के लिए समायोजन घुंडी को एंटी क्लॉकवीसे घुमाएं और शुद्ध पानी के टीडीएस को कम करने के लिए क्लॉकवीसे घुमाएं।
    अंत में, जब सब कुछ हो जाए, तो वाटर प्यूरीफायर के समग्र कार्य को फिर से जांचें और सभी स्क्रू को फिक्स करके फ्रंट कवर को ठीक करें। जाने से पहले, वाटर प्यूरीफायर के दागों को एक नम कपड़े से साफ करना सुनिश्चित करें ताकि यह साफ दिखे।

    My experience with Eureka Forbes is worst. They just sell AMC and do not take actions to complaints. Their customer care just reiterate one thing - "we have forwarded your complaint and technician will visit within 24 hours". No actual action is taken by them.

    मैंने कैंट ग्रैंड प्लस वाटर प्यूरीफायर लिया है इसमें वाटर लेवल कैसे देखा जाता है कई प्रयास करने के बाद भी हमें वाटर लेवल नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है इसमें स्टीकर में लिखा है यूवी लाइट इन वॉटर स्टोरेज टैंक लेकिन वहां कोई लाइट नहीं है इस बात को देखकर बड़ा दुख हो

    Two-three days back it came to my notice that Water rejecting pipe release water nonstop drop by drop even after purification getting completed and the system being switched off. Why the system is doing so and what's the remedy?

    Yesterday I took Kent Grand... Tap water (Borewell water) TDS is 484 ppm
    So, is pre filter required for this? And what's the cost of it?

    In my kitchen no water supply available as well as plumbing also not there ,we store water in the drum. How to supply the water from drum to purifier..........and drum is on ground floor and purifier is mounted on wall..........

    Dear kent , kindly do suggest. Im getting different taste like some chemical water while drinking. Installation was done on 10-08-2019 of Kent Ace+. Tds level was automatically set to 93 from 1700. I wasted more than 3tank water, still same taste. Do i need to call your service call center.

    Maintenance cost of Kent filters are too much. Don't go for this filter. Use filters without RO facility, these are suitable for health. Because even after filtetration through these filters the water carry all required salts. Thease are less costly too.

    my purifier wastage water is slow. firstly it almost create 16litr of water but now just 8 litre of water is wasting. i complained so many times but service engineer don't pick up my call .
