@@emmatomalin I am stuck in 2022. If anyone can see this, if anyone reaches this SOS. Send word to my timeline that that the Cross Fire Conflicts have ravaged mankind and the world is lost.
I can't believe it's been 16 years, and I forgot all about this masterpiece of a piano ballad until I decided to do research on "Crossfire" for a video game I'm making based on it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart good sire, I'm doubly inspired to make this game/potential lawsuit..
you guys just know that 90% of this audience was sitting there thinking "wtf is this kid doing, he sucks booo", but the other 10%.....they knew.....they knew of the epicness that this man had just unleashed upon these select lucky few who sat in this audience....

this is honestly one of my most favorite youtube videos EVER. i wonder, "what is the context of this? why is he performing it even?" truth is, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW . . the video is all i need
Someone was asking about the chord changes -- it's basically Em to D to C to D and then it repeats. The notes in the treble register stay the same the whole time; it's pretty much just the root that changes.
I thought this was a joke at first (and so did the audience). But then it got stuck in my head. I watched a few more of the classic Crossfire commercial, and came back to this again with new appreciation for it. In retrospect: Very well done!
The commercial is what made it special. Like, I owned one, all of my friends owned one and the most fond memory I have of it was that proto-typical 90's commercial.
Man that almost put a tear to my eye thank you you jus let me kno there IS intelligent life out there, well said. ('specialy about Tila) An Era of plotless entertainment...*sigh*
I was just talking to my friend about this song the other day reminiscing on this beautiful game and metaphor for life. This performance is outstanding and the man deserves to be verified on all social media platforms
I used to love this video in the 2000's and then I forgot all about it. today I paused the DCA 1.0.2 patreon episode to watch this and then looked at the uploader. fuck
I saw the best minds of my generation, caught up in the Crossfire.
I’m in 2020 your in 2012

Those people laughing at the beginning are awesome. They totally get it.
appreciating this in 2024
I too am recalling this video in 2024. Its an all time classic imo and still made me laugh. Then i saw it was 17(!) years old and felt distraught.
You deserved more applause than what you got. That was amazing even all these years later
The way he walked off like a boss too...
This one of my favorite videos on the internet and always will be. 2006, such memories.
Yes, so much nostalgia
from the perspective of the guy who spun into oblivion after losing Crossfire
Lol that poor guy
He knew the risks.
This kid is a legend in my book
Not in your book. He is a legend in the annals of time.
@@chibrony I wrote the annals of time.
Dude, this needs to be preserved for posterity. Well done
this made my day
This never gets old
Unlike us ...
🤣 the way he stays absolutely stone-faced when they laugh
the emotion in his voice...such an inspiration....this is raw talent. I would have paid to see this live.
Seriously hands down the greatest thing i have ever seen in my entire life

Hardly. Any kid from the 90s knows the song. It's like the Sears AC commercial.
94 people got caught up in the crossfire.

Brilliant. Just as good as your Mr. Bucket one. We need more of these. I demand it!
Damn, how old is the internet?
Technically, it was invented in the 80s, didn't become widespread until the mid 90s, and was ubiquitous by 2000.
Someone was asking about the chord changes -- it's basically Em to D to C to D and then it repeats. The notes in the treble register stay the same the whole time; it's pretty much just the root that changes.
i watched this 3 times and laughed my ass off all three times. well done
Awesome! Should have ended with a "Yeah! Yeah!"
lmao i know
Omg I said "yeah" "yeah" after the song and then read your comment!!
Loved it! Stan Bush needs to come back & make a full version of this song.
What a beautiful rendition.
Yeah! The moment you opened your mouth I was nearly in tears of laughter. So random with that song as a piano ballad. So awesome and great job!

I thought this was a joke at first (and so did the audience).
But then it got stuck in my head. I watched a few more of the classic Crossfire commercial, and came back to this again with new appreciation for it.
In retrospect: Very well done!
One the of the most under-watched videos on UA-cam.
Love it! Well done!
@greatbearofalltime You sir / ma'am have just made my night. Thank you.
Only people who actually know what crossfire is would get this I suppose, and realised that the laughter is not at the guy. He's a genius.
Brilliant
I was so blown away by this when it came out. I was like, "this guy gets it."
This video still goes hard, all these years later. HUH!!!
CrossfiaaaHHHHHHH!!!!! UH! -end- hahaha that was epic!!!!!
This was beautiful :')
Crossfire was the shit in my childhood.
And, btw, this was a beautiful song. I never thought of crossfire as a piano ballad.
@greatbearofalltime that is hysterical!!!
The commercial is what made it special. Like, I owned one, all of my friends owned one and the most fond memory I have of it was that proto-typical 90's commercial.
AMAZING!
What! That was brilliant. I remember that commercial.
This video deserves way more views. This is epic

How is there a video on UA-cam that is 17 years old?!

Much respect.
Brilliant.
I’m so glad the audience got it, I wasn’t sure if this was at like a church or something full of 95 year olds.
In 2006.
LMAO.. that was awesome. You have a great voice, too.
