Same Moore So cute, "damn you can sing" to Joe.. then "I gotta go to the bathroom".. so funny and real.. Kudos to Joe and Reese doing justice and respect playing the exact guitar & keyboard solos froml SRV's version of song.
Superb!! This brought tears to my eyes. SRV is my favorite guitarist. And Joe B is carrying that blues torch on. So much history up on that stage. Sam Moore can still vocally shred the shit out of any song. Reese Wynans is legendary. Joe is magnificent. And nice to see Michael Rhodes May he Rest in Peace🙏 Thanks for sharing this.
I love the respect and dignity that Joe brings to legends like Sam Moore. Joe, you are a prince. I love your attitude, your graciousness, and of course, your music. You and your band are indeed a treasure, and the work you are doing to keep the blues alive is certainly appreciated. And like a previous commenter, I would have loved to see Joe and Stevie on the same stage. Incendiary!
That was awesome. Joe looks so relaxed on stage these days. It's great to see. Sam Moore was brilliant. Still got it. The whole band was super tight and sat in the groove. It didn't just sound good, it FELT good. Rock on!!
Absolutely first rate and amazing. The band, Joe, Sam Moore and Reese. For all the Bonamassa haters, listen to Sam Moores comment at the end. Amazing performance.
3 days ago I watched the short video of Joe and Peter Frampton trading solos on 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' and was just amazed. Then today this happens. To hear Sam Moore's voice, at 83 yrs. old, sound as warm and familiar as it was over 50 years ago when he and Dave were killing it, made me very happy. This was just awesome. Thank you to Reese Wynans and J.B. for all you did in putting this together, but, more important, Thank You Sam Moore for 58 years of that wonderful voice.
Dave Prater was the other half of Sam and Dave aka “Double Dynamite.” They scored one great hit after another in the late ‘60s. Their songs would reappear in the repertoires of the Blues Brothers, Michael Bolton, Bonnie Raitt, the Fabulous Thunderbirds and others.
I saw Stevie Ray 11 times he would have loved this I'm sure he does love this but no one does it like Stevie I miss him I'm still mad I'll never get over it Gone Too Soon Riviera Paradise was done in one take it really shows you where Stevie Ray was going Simply Beautiful
Glad Bonamassa has finally come around to playing some SRV....what a respectful and awesome version. Makes both versions even better that 2 of our greatest blues artists have done the same song.
Epic !!!! I was there that night in the theatre .. I was so lucky !!! That was the only night ( out of three ) that Sam showed up to play Crossfire with Joe !
The great Joe B. with Sam Moore and Reese Wynan backed up by a colossal band. Plenty of SRV feel and sound as well as incorporating his own touch and feel. If it gets any better than that I have never seen it. Saying wow is all I can do.
Joe never ceases to amaze me...and there is so much more to this than just amazing music, I do believe Mr Moore was impressed...can tell that man loves music! His mind was sayin OH YEAH LET"S GO....but his body was like FU...but he still dug it, obviously....peeps at that show got blessed, some things money cain't buy!
This is fantastic! In a perfect world, I'd have been able to see Joe and Stevie trading licks. I'm even visioning that scene in my head, and it's so awesome! Thank you for posting.
Joe es un tipo genial. Hace renacer legendas. Tiene la humildad de los grandes . Musicalmente es el mejor pero no se agranda solo lo demuestra. Joe el mundo a tus pies
Just saw Joe for the first time in Portland, ME. I am in love. :- ) Now, I have to see him at MGM (DC) and Clearwater, FL in Feb. Am I excited. NOT MUCH.........
Bobbie Jean Barnett the Sweet Release album is brilliant. So are the live versions of the songs from the KTBA cruise. Sinead and Jimmy's version of Hard to Be is the bestest!!
@JoeBonamassaTV Thank you for the attention you have shown me. Thank you for your creativity , I am overwhelmed with joy that you give people the love of music. Music for all times. It is eternal, like love itself..words are not enough to convey all my emotions.... guitar, your voice ... There is something deep in this that makes the listener be in constant tension, waiting for something.....That's cool. Thanks.
@JoeBonamassaTV Your music with a capital letter, and here it is, today's, real, modern. Before meeting with your work, I was very far from the perception of rock blues. You did something incredible, I fell in love with your voice and your music and I can listen to this work endlessly "Why Does It Take So Long To Say Goodbye" - an explosion of feelings. Thank you . Be healthy, happy and loved.
This is an amazing performance. My only comment would be that they could have turned Joe up a little in the mix. I get that Sam was the guest star. But, while Reece wrote that song, it is an SRV song. Joe was giving that SRV tone a run for its money. It deserved to be up there were it would have been for Stevie himself.
Sam Moore is playbacking or it has been edited. You can clearly hear it when he sings "Beggin 'a dollar". Further a really great and very special performance.
This brought tears to my eyes…. Reese was Stevie’s guy😔 so awesome to see him still going… he’s in good hands with Joe
There’s only one SRV, but there’s also only one JB, Reese Wynans and Sam Moore! This is so beyond epic. Chills throughout! 🎸🎸🎸👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
Lets appreciate Sam Moore here. He was born in 1935. What a superb vocal. Reese Wynans is a monster player.
Same Moore So cute, "damn you can sing" to Joe.. then "I gotta go to the bathroom".. so funny and real..
Kudos to Joe and Reese doing justice and respect playing the exact guitar & keyboard solos froml SRV's version of song.
This is so kool, I remember Sam and Dave from when I was a youngin and I’m 68 now😊 Thanks Joe, You are the man🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Sam More. Hasn’t lost an inch of his powerful voice. And Reese… a keyboard monster.
I am super happy to see Reese Wynans is still doing his thing.
Superb!! This brought tears to my eyes. SRV is my favorite guitarist. And Joe B is carrying that blues torch on. So much history up on that stage. Yeah, Reese Wynans , great inspiration to me for piano and hammond great to see this. Very cool
How much talent can one stage hold???

The blues are alive and well in the hands of Joe! 🤘
Soaking up the soul !!!
Joe sings his heart out, Sam too!
Holy moly! Love this!
Thank you Sam, Reese, Joe and band.
Absolutely first rate and amazing. The band, Joe, Sam Moore and Reese.
For all the Bonamassa haters, listen to Sam Moores comment at the end. Amazing performance.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Joe B has probably practiced that song in his bedroom as a young kid a thousand times.

Dave? Who is Dave??

Wow! Sam still sounds great! Gives me chills to see Sam.
Drums and bass killed this..........wow. They set the vibe perfectly.
Epic !!!! I was there that night in the theatre .. I was so lucky !!! That was the only night ( out of three ) that Sam showed up to play Crossfire with Joe !

Sam Moore at 82ish still got it!
Those ladies sound so good as does everyone on that stage...
Wow! I can't believe 50.years for Reese. What a talent he is...
Very nice tribute to the great SRV!
Simply marvellous! Great band, great performance and so good to bring Sam into the forefront.
This is fantastic! In a perfect world, I'd have been able to see Joe and Stevie trading licks. I'm even visioning that scene in my head, and it's so awesome! Thank you for posting.
Bonamassa is a treasure. Sam Moore is the GOAT! (also that Reese fellow is decent 😂)
Super tune, what a band! It's great to hear JB's vocals getting stronger and stronger, I am not sure he can improve his perfect guitar playing
That was great. Sam still has it!!
I love seeing Joe do Stevie Ray Vaughan! They're my two favorite musicians! Joe just has all of the right swagger to do this tune!
Wish Joe would play more SRV
Had to watch Joe’s solo like 3 times 😮
dang ol' #83 sounded pretty damn good
just the best
That was great! A multiple tribute!
Guitar soothes the soul...
Gawddayum you can sing!
Thank God for the likes of JB & KWS. Thanks Reese, love ya mate.
Просто замечательно !!!

Yes, yes, yes. Reese forever 2.
Joe and Sam just killed this song!
Absolutely wonderful!
Joe es un tipo genial. Hace renacer legendas. Tiene la humildad de los grandes . Musicalmente es el mejor pero no se agranda solo lo demuestra. Joe el mundo a tus pies
Stevie would love this Joe, great version.
Mind-blowing ! Just Grrreat !
Fantastic!!!!!!!
Went last night …awesome !
Great great great!!!
Just saw Joe for the first time in Portland, ME. I am in love. :- ) Now, I have to see him at MGM (DC) and Clearwater, FL in Feb. Am I excited. NOT MUCH.........
Danette you look so beautiful and what an amazing name you have, Danette you make me remember one of my family members lost.
Even with that many people on stage they can’t capture the SRV power and groove. Also, this video should show us all how amazing of a singer SRV was.
Looking forward to the Oct. 25th show in Phoenix. Go Dawgs, Beat Norte Dame!!
back home with family and we all loved Stevie but now it's JB and Reese is the glue
Riviera Paradise got me here
Excellent!
Great performance! Love how Joe gives credit to his musical influences. Saw his current show one week ago at Bethel Woods and it rocks.
Lucky you, I am not worthy🤗
💙🎶🎵🎸JOEY, 🎹REESE, 🎤Sam,& 🎺BAND🎷🥁🎵🎶💙
...i love the "sweet release" CD!! sam moore was the perfect choice🤓...(gave up the wine, but still love my cheese & sweet tea🤓)...🧡
Bobbie Jean Barnett the Sweet Release album is brilliant. So are the live versions of the songs from the KTBA cruise. Sinead and Jimmy's version of Hard to Be is the bestest!!

@JoeBonamassaTV You are incredible, space, bomb, and that says it all! The fact is, I love Joe Bonamassa.
@JoeBonamassaTV It cannot be that Joe Bonamassa himself responded to comments due to his busyness.

Amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤
So much talent on stage...Sam Moore reminds me of Buddy Guy but without the guitar.
Does Sam play an instrument ? Or just sing? Don't know of him...
No, Sam just sings.
AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!
Stevie was the master
