This is not anything new cbs. Common ground has been a debate for How long now on this Planet. Religion, different views!!! How does one change a view of something so embedded by cultural up bringing.. Some say Potatoes while other's say Spuds .
I hope that they can find common ground so that they could just live their lives and stop bombing innocent there good Muslims and I good jews they want to just live their lives in peace and harmony there is only one God.
The intentions behind this program were positive, but ultimately, framing this as a Jewish vs Muslim issue is hugely problematic and misleading when there are Palestinian Christians who have been murdered by the IDF and some of the very first Christian churches in the history of the faith bombed and destroyed during this war. This is not about religion. It’s about race, white supremacy, and settler colonialism.
By choosing to let go of the animosities passed down through generations, young individuals hold the power to break the cycle of hatred, ultimately paving the way for a more harmonious future for their descendants.
