You might get a couple bushels of apples nd put them in the high tunnel ,make sure the tunnel is mostly air tight.The gas from the apples should ripen those green tomatoes
I'm in Northwest Ohio near Lake Erie, I have not had a frost yet. I just picked a nice batch of cherry tomatoes yesterday. My jalapeno plants are still loaded. I have quite a few tomatoes I'm waiting to ripen.

If you didn't know when you see two rainbows together it's really a reflection of the original rainbow. I didn't know this until I was 50 years old but I still consider it to rainbow. I think the purple cauliflower looked fantastic it's so pretty. You don't see it in the stores here so I don't think it's a real big seller. I do plan on planting some and see how well it does.

I enjoy your videos and they make me think of novels I’ve read where farmers allowed impoverished people to harvest leftovers from the field after harvest. Is that something you allow?
You know it probably would be a good idea to train those guys ( if they are interested) to work the farm so you all can take time off.I know they can't handle the store, but the working of the farm is different and can be learned. It would give them days to work and not off with no pay ( I'm assuming this ).You need time off and rest as a family. I'm just saying .They can feed the animals and still pick veggies. Yet, it may be an insurance issue that you or the family need to be there.
