Most effective series I've found for opening tight chest, neck and upper back from too much hunched sitting. Been doing your full body stretches for quite some time, adding this. :)
Lifesaver, many thanks! I’ve been having jaw, neck, and shoulder trouble and didn’t realise playing my violin would make it worse. (I’m a Brit in an amateur folk band, not in an orchestra or something!) I’ll definitely try to do these exercises daily.
Thank you! I suffer from TMJ and facial nerve issues, which affects my neck and shoulders. This was a wonderful stretch, I will add to my daily routine. Thank you.
@@TheMancYank I am doing well thank you for asking. I found that acupuncture is helped me greatly. I also the nerve issues in my face were from trigeminal neuralgia. I've never taken one medicine for it. All I've done is acupuncture for the last 2 and 1/2 years and it has been absolutely amazing. It has worked on my face my nerves my neck shoulders I couldn't say enough. I hope you find this helpful, if you are still having issues that maybe acupuncture would work for you as well. Keep up with the yoga too! It also helps.
Malia I appreciate the dub over direction. Too many talk as they do and it’s hard to follow. Thank you. I got sudden take, freaked me out. Using your vid here and will check out others.
Thank you, so relaxing 🙏 just I noticed you don't have any recent videos will love to see some, and hear some with your soothing voice especially in this time of day they would be really helpful.
Can these be done on a chair or another way? I find sitting with knees crossed quite uncomfortable. Thank you, they seem to be helping, which I am very, very grateful for!
